He has one black line on his left shoulder that is in the shape of an Eagles talon. He changed his name due to losing his sister to an Eagles talons. He did this to always remember he by. This is what clauses him to become evil and kill his parents, because they just watched their sister be carried off and did nothing while he and his brother tried to fight the eagle. They failed and they fought their parents, killing them with quick slashes to the throat,

Then they sought out this gang and joined with his brother, he always trended on thistles when he was younger,so he changed his name to Thistle. He became evil due to killing his parents for watching his sister be carried off by an eagle.
