Writing: "Shh, don't say a word!" he muttered to the plumerian behind him. The alleyway was dark, and he could hear laughing and cackling up ahead. "If you stay quiet and pretend nothing's up, we might get the money he promised us." A couple of concerned voices behind him, he turned around and glared. "I said not a word! Follow me."
Eran walked on, the sound getting louder, the light more visible. He saw plumerians at tables, talking, laughing, whatever they were doing, he had to be careful. He strolled in casually, his gang doing the same. Eran looked around and saw him, Ky. The poor plumerian was a nervous wreck, obviously confused and anxious in a setting like this.
Eran sighed and walked up to him. "We found your cat, we told you to meet us here, where's the money you promised?"
"It's right here," Ky said, his paw shaking as he held out the money.
"Yeah, alright. Here's your cat." Eran took the money from Ky's paw and handed him a box. "Good day, sir."

{ username: skywishes01 } { name: ryan } { gender: male } { art: by me } { writing // 158 words } In theory, Ry wants to save the world, just like everyone else out there- yeah, you know that's true. In reality, Ry feels like his efforts won't even make a difference in this world- so he never even bothers. He tends to take a pessimistic view on everything; when asked, he'll call it being 'real'. After all, with so many factors in this lottery game of life, how is one number ever going to win? But Ry is blessed- or cursed - with a very active conscience. That little voice in your head that tells you what's right and wrong? Ry's speaks a little louder. He's particularly sensitive to 'missed opportunities', no matter how much he tells himself there's no point. So, to ease his guilt, he'll spend his time saving video game characters. At least there is actually a way for determined people to do that! Besides, in video games, life actually seems to be worth living.

Writing Extra: Marco is a comic strip artist for a local newspaper. He loves his job, except for one thing. He gets artist's block. And not just every once in a while, but almost always. He takes inspiration from the world around him, and when he started, he had tonnes of ideas, but lately, his life has been feeling a bit... Dull. He can't find anything to draw, he's drained the world of ideas. So instead, he just sits home, sipping his energy drinks and eating cookies.
