General Info

Chrysaora Basilisk are the prevalent equine creatures that inhabit the world Lucent. They roam by the hundreds, using their unique hooves to score the uneven rock and track down their most vital source of nourishment; evil. The relationship between Chrysaora and humans is a complex one. Chrysaora vocalize like horses, but are also thought to have a syrinx much like birds do and have been recorded displaying a variety of sharp, avian sounds. Their eyes layer over with a dark, murky black until their normal eye color pierces through in a great ball of electric light, radiating toward their victim's open eyes and paralyzing them. The Glare is able to stop both human and creature, and after a few days, unique to other forms of basilisk, the paralyzed being transforms into a sea nettle.

Sierra is the epitome of elegance and grace with unlimited benevolence. She also has the nurturing side of her and enjoys interacting with young little foals. She is a quiet and gentle mare but is very friendly with others. However, do not ever piss Sierra off. When Sierra is angry, she is like a thunderstorm, violent and merciless.

When Sierra goes from a place to another, it is as if she is gliding there. Her lithe legs dance across the grassy field in small but quick steps. It's almost as if she was the princess of the stable. The way she walks, the way she eats and the way she interacts with others is as if she were of royalty in her past life. However, she isn't afraid to get down and dirty. She performs will in dressage, show-jumping and barrels. The trophy room in the barn contains many ribbons, medals and trophies of Sierra's wins across the three disciplines.

Extra: Prim's lavender mane flickered in the wind, as she galloped through the meadow. She whipped her head back and dashed through a thick grove of trees. She emerged into a clearing and entered a patch of wildflowers. Sunlight filtered through the trees and illuminated her body's outline. Her black coat shined, and she reared happily. She began calming down, and soon settled in a patch of dandelions and daisies. She closed her eyes peacefully and began to doze off.

Amrietta is as smart as she is everything else, she's hardheaded and refuses to give up on anything she finds she wants. Must be that darn stubbornness she's got, though she's stubborn she is also fearless and doesn't shy or spook easily. She's like a double-edged sword, what makes her safe to be around makes it hard to control her as well. If you want to get her to listen you have to work hard and show her that you're everything she is and much more, that stronger, more stubborn and even more intimidating. So far she hasn't met more than her match and she rules her herd with an iron hoof.

She is extremely independent and unsocial. Years of observing the wide-eyed stares from others has made her extremely insecure and quiet. As well, the guilt of that day lies heavy on her heart.
