Brian is.. An ecstatic little bean, to say the least. While he reflects upon Milo's calming demeanor during critical situations, he is otherwise very chatty -- curiously asking questions about this and that, striking up as many conversations as a young bean as himself can, and seemingly never having the tendency to be too quiet. Despite the fact that Brian is only 6 years of age, he is already very "nerdy" -- as he often logs on his little laptop to try to get a better understanding of all the little aspects a computer may have -- coding, factory resetting, and fixing bugs to name a few. Brian, however, is still quite young for his age, and so, does not understand the complexity of these things quite yet -- often bringing his computer to Virus for answers on "What does this word mean? What does that sentence mean?". Still, however, Brian keeps at his 'research' very often in hopes that he may one day become very helpful with computers and become "THE KING OF THE VIRTUAL WORLD1!!1!" .

However, Brian isn't totally "glued" to the computer. Aside, from computer, he has a passion for drawing. Ever so often, the little bean doodles little artworks of his fathers and him -- proudly presenting the messy scribbles to Milo and Virus in hopes that he may impress his beloved parents. Brian is also very fond of playing and adventuring around outside. While it isn't often for him to get into a messy disaster, it is sometimes impossible for the little bean to resist the urge to experience a thrill that will most certainly result in him needing a good bath afterwards. With that being said, it is rather easy for Brian to lose his focus on one thing with another thing if it catches his attention enough. It is thought that Brian most likely got this bit of mischievousness as an effect from his father Virus. With Virus's "rudeness", however, Brian had also become a bean who always strives to accomplish impressive goals and always try to "do better than last time!"

Milo || Daddy
As far as parent-son bonding goes, Brian feels a connection with Milo possibly more than anyone else. Not only is Brian full of admiration for his daddy's calming demeanor, but he is also particularly impressed by Milo's tendency to be quiet when nothing needs to be said, and speak what needs to be said at the right time and the right place. Brian is especially in love with what Milo's work is associated with! The young bean had grown a passion for the animals of the water, and so, frequently requests that he and Milo visit the local aquarium/zoo whenever the time appears to be just right for such visits. These visits are quite educational, too, as Brian usually ends up acquiring bits of knowledge by pointing out fish and questioning Milo about that kind of fish. When the two are not at the zoo/aquarium, however, Brian enjoys drawing for Milo (and Virus!), sparking childish conversations, and asking to be told folk tales/fairy tales.

Virus || Dad
Despite the fact that Virus unintentionally comes off as a jerk most of the time, Brian really loves his dad. The little bean is quite fascinated by Virus, and looks up to him. What really stands out about their relationship, however, is the fact that Brian almost always shifts Virus's negativity into a 'brighter light'. Whether the young bean is indirectly/unintentionally given an insult by Virus, Brian accepts the words as goals. These goals are to "do better next time", and keep improving! Aside from that, however, Brian has a preference for coming up to Virus and asking all of his "Why", "What if", "When will", and "How" questions. Virus's intelligence fascinates Brian, though he's noticed that his dad sometimes... "Hides" his true intelligence.

▻▻Kiwi || Grandmammy
When it comes to Grandma Kiwi, Brian gets super excited just knowing that he'll get to see her. Brian really loves the fact that Kiwi seems to be the only one to think like he does (with her childish side). But that really isn't all to his dear grandmammy -- Brian appreciates Kiwi's kind and loving nature, as well. When it comes to wanting to hear stories too, he's more successful asking her than Milo. Kiwi's stories especially draw Brian into a completely other dimension with the creativity and clever word choice.
▻▻Vesper|| Grandpappy
Ah yes, Grandpappy Vesper! Brian quite loves Vesper for his tough-as-nails exterior attitude that's really just concealing the true 'teddybear' in him. Brian especially admires Vesper for his capability in telling someone off on unwanted behavior. Brian enjoys playing and pretending to be 'brave and rough' like his Grandpappy whenever the two are around, and it certainly draws a smile across both beans' faces! With that being said, Brian usually feels quite happy whenever he sees the warm, brimming smile on his Grandpappy's face.
▻▻Levi || Uncle Lev
Honestly, Brian does not bother his Uncle Lev too much. However, that doesn't mean the two are distant and cold to each other! While Brian rarely ever sees Levi, he is happy to see him whenever the times do come, and often finds himself being the one to give the little 'family' gifts to his uncle. Additionally, Brian also likes having tiny debates with Levi about 'new information' -- purely for the fact that Virus had told him that Levi is stubborn with convincing. Most times when the young bean sees Levi, he has a new 'belief' to talk about that originated from Virus for the sake of fun -- which results in an amusement for the entire family as it breaks into discussion about who is right, what is right, or if it is even right.


" The Pond "
Ah, it was a crisp, new day. The sun had just risen, the air was just fresh, the flowers blossomed forth in rainbows of colors, and most importantly... Summer!!! Brian woke up right as the clock struck 10:46 AM - brimming with all the excitement ever. "Ahhhh!!! What do I do first??? Go to the Zoo? Aquarium? Draw things? Play with the sprinkler? Oh!! So!! Many!! Things!!" The little bean scooted off of his bed and threw on his casual morning clothes. Shortly after brushing his coat quite lightly, the bean trotted down stairs - relieved that the beginning of Summer had finally arrived.

"Good morning, Daddy!" Brian cheerily greeted as Milo was contently sitting at the breakfast table.
"Ah, good morning!" Milo returned, finishing up the breakfast that he had just prepared.
"Where's Dad?" Brian casually questioned - not seeing Virus around to have been greeted with a 'good morning'.
"Well, Dad had a very tiresome day yesterday, so he is still sleeping at this moment. He will wake up soon, I should think," Milo started, "but for now, I have prepared breakfast." Milo gently handed a plate of crispy toast along with a sunny-side up egg of which seemingly still sizzled. Brian eagerly took the plate of which contained his scrumptious breakfast and wolfed it down. There wouldn't quite have been much time to enjoy such a wonderful breakfast, due to the fact that Brian had planned to visit some of his friends. The young bean took his plate to the sink and grabbed his backpack soon after -- then trotting out of the door as he waved a 'goodbye' to Milo.

As Brian made his way to his friends house, however, something peculiar caught his attention. Out of the corner of his eye and among the broad vertical line of trees was an odd figure that bounced up and down - seemingly daring him to chase after. Brian, while wishing to get to his friend's house, did not wish to turn down such a "dare", and walked towards the figure ever so slowly. To his surprise, the figure started rapidly bouncing away as he approached. "What.. Is that.." Brian curiously asked himself as he bounced after the mysterious thing.

Brian fit his body through the dense bushes of which the figure lept through, only for his eyes to be met with quite a nice scene!
Ahead of the bushes lie a pond whose very water glimmered with tranquility. Atop the sparkling surface were soft, peaceful water lilies whose brilliance complimented the blue beneath. The young bean was captured in the midst of his daydream until it was broken by an abrupt croaking noise. Brian did not know how to describe the noise, but it sounded terrifying. Brian was not quite ready to let whatever was making this terrifying noise interrupt his sight seeing of the beautiful scenery of which he'd been gazing upon! The figure had jumped into the pond right before his very eyes, and Brian knew that he would get his hands on this figure for making him such a dare!

Brian jumped headfirst into the tranquil pond -- causing a great splish and splash!! The figure was startled badly, trying to get away as the bean constantly dove in and out of the water - cornering the jumpy thing many times without actually catching it. After a tiresome time of flailing about in the pond, however.. "GOTCHA!!!" Brian excitedly did his little victory dance as the darned thing that dared to dare him had finally been caught between the bean's hands. It was just then, that the bean heard voices in the distance. Familiar... Voices... "Oh no..."

The little bean suddenly became aware of his surroundings. What was once beautiful, tranquil, and pleasing to the eyes was now a "train wreck" of a pond -- with lily pads scattered everywhere other than inside the pond. "Oh no.." Brian repeated once more as he'd come to the realization that not only was he a mess, but he made a mess and had been out for significantly longer than he intended to be - with the sleepy sun going down right before his eyes.
"Brian??????!" Voices called out once more in unison -- Brian knew these voices. Worse, though, he knew he wouldn't be able to simply walk away from his little crime scene.

"I'm guilty! I didn't.. I didn't mean to.. I saw this monster dare me to follow him and I didn't know this would happen.. I'm sorry!!" Brian blurted out suddenly as Virus and Milo walked into the scene. Virus scowled at the fact that Brian was so dirty, and that such a mess had been made. Milo, on the other hand, simply sighed before responding. "What monster dared you to follow him here and get so messy?" Brian held up the slimy figure that he had been holding on to all this time.
"He wouldn't stop jumping!! I would be back at home now if he did not jump so much, but I caught him!" Brian replied - almost proudly when he remembered that he was probably in trouble. Much to his surprise, however, Milo simply was given a sensible chuckle by such a situation.
"That, Brian, is a frog. You didn't catch a monster. It isn't that impressive to catch a frog." Virus noted in slight irritation at the fact that Brian kept calling the amphibian a "monster".

"What's a 'frog'?" Brian's eyes lightened up as he could see the two beans' attitudes somehow brighten.
"A frog, in simple terms, is a kind of animal that lives in the water and on land," Milo started," It is called an amphibian. You did make quite a ruckus trying to catch that one, though.. I suppose we can't let your effort go in vain?" Milo grinned as he reached out for his camera. Brian smiled as the lily pad atop his head drooped down on his head. The frog slipped from the bean's hands, retreating into the unknown once more.
"Say cheese!"

My name is ~Caramel~ but everyone calls me Cara. I am currently the owner of one jelly bean dragon, Deylin. I'd really like to make this adorable girl my second bean, especially before there aren't any more beans made. As soon as I saw her I knew she was just the perfect bean, and when I saw she was up for adoption, I just had to try out. I hope you enjoy reading through my form and I wish the best of luck to everyone else in the competition!

At her first impression, Devynna seems like she doesn't talk much or might
even be completely mute. She takes after Milo in this way, as she seems to
be mute but she is able to speak if she wanted to. She usually doesn't have
anyone to talk to besides her parents and so she normally chooses not to talk
at all, as they don't talk enough for her to see it as entirely necessary. When
she does talk, however, she isn't very good with reading someone's tone of
voice or even realizing the tone she is using. This causes her to come off as
a bit rude and her not even realizing she could be hurting someone's feelings.
It often takes her by surprise when someone ends up seeming mad about
something she said. She never knows what will happen if she interacts with
someone so she chooses to avoid things like that, making her a bit socially
awkward. She spends a majority of her time by herself whether she is reading
a book, playing a game, or hanging out at Milo's lab. She has found that she
has a love for marine animals but not so much the study of them. She enjoys
playing with any sea creatures Milo might have and always finds them
entertaining. With an animal, she doesn't have to worry about hurting it's
feelings if she says something wrong. The problem rises when she has to
watch what she says to other beans. She may end up saying some rude
comment or remark and get a negative reply. She is able to observe enough
body language to know if a response is positive or negative but when she
gets a negative response, she almost always feels bad right after. She always
has the best intentions even if she may slip up at times. Once you get to
know her or figure out what she really means, you will find that she can
be one of the kindest beans. She is usually trying to help but often ends up
making things worst, but again, she has the best intentions. At times like
those, she may seem like she is calm and everything is under control but
you can't see that she might be close to bursting with nervous energy or
simply freaking out inside. She is smart though and usually comes up with
a useful solution to the problems she may have caused. Most of the problems
are caused by her not being careful and knocking something over in Milo's
lab. This tends to happen a lot as she has quite a active imagination and
may run around her dad while he's working until he sends her outside or into
a different room. She can be quite adventurous and often uses what she has
around her to pretend she's in some kind of fairy tale, whether she's a princess
or a pirate or even the prince if she feels like it.

Milo | "dad"
Devynna enjoys simply being around Milo. She is drawn to him by how much softer he seems compared to Virus. Because of this, she has found that she likes spending time in his lab. She likes it when he teaches her about what he studies even if she has no idea what any of it actually means. She sees it as a kind of "bonding time" between them and loves every second of it. Her original fascination with the ocean was sparked by Milo and his job. She learned what he did and took an interest in it from the start. Her nickname "Fish" is something Milo calls her whenever she is in his lab with him.

Virus | "father"
Dev is usually with Milo but will usually find some time to spend with Virus, too. She is young but finds any bonding time between her and either of her dads to be very important. She takes after both of them personality wise but can sometimes be found more like Virus than Milo. If she's ever alone, she tries to find Virus and sit with him, so that neither of them will be alone. If not sitting with him, she will get up and follow him around, either because she wants to be with him, wants his attention, or is simply trying to spite or bug him.

Kiwi | "gramma"
Dev absolutely adores her grandmother, and not only because she is the only other girl in her family. On days that she can't be with her dads, she loves being with her grandma. She enjoys playing games with her as well as just having her attention. Dev likes sharing stories with her and especially loves when they're both able to simply act like little kids.

Vesper | "papa"
Devyn likes how her grandpa seems to act all tough until she comes into the picture. She has found out that as soon as she gives him a hug, he seems like that's what he was made to do, simply hug. If he's ever around, she will find a good boo and climb into his lab with it and read to him. She likes how easy it is for her to get through to him even though he wants to make it seem like he is tough instead of a big huggable teddybear.

Levi | "uncle"
Dev and Levi have an interesting relationship. She has tried a few times to get to know him but didn't get very far. She is determined to eventually be close to him, though. Whenever she sees him, she tries to talk to him but she never knows what to say and often ends up not saying anything and standing there awkwardly. Once she does get to know him, she is sure that they will be close and that he might be more a friend to her than just her uncle.

Lightning Bugs in a Jar

Devynn ran around a table as she pretended to be the pilot of a plane. she had her arms spread wide as she zoomed around Milo's lab. He didn't seem to mind her much, as long as she didn't get too close to anything. She climbed up onto a chair and jumped down as she made the noises of the propellers. She ran around the table a few more times before she ended up getting too close and knocking a glass onto the floor, where it made a loud noise ad it shattered. Luckily it was just a drinking glass and nothing important but she still felt her dad's gaze burning into her head as she stood in front of him and stared at her feet. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to break it." she squeaked out and glanced up at him. She didn't like getting yelled at but she wasn't sure if he'd yell at her or not. She was a bit surprised when he simply ushered her outside instead and went back into his lab to clean up the glass.
Dev sat down outside his door and drew in the dirt with a stick. she was now bored out of her mind even though she'd only been outside for not even two minutes. she stood up and peeked through the window but saw that her dad had just gone back to work. She decided to go find her father and see if he'd let her hang around him. She found Virus quickly but he seemed to be too preoccupied to show her much attention. She tried to see what he was doing but could never get at a good enough angle to see. She got tired of trying and went back outside. She sat in the grass and started picking dandelions. She didn't know what she was going to do with them but it was better than sitting and doing nothing. she gathered a whole bouquet of the flowers and then went back to the door to the lab. She peeked through the window again and saw Milo was busy with work so she left the flowers on the step and went to find something else to do.
It was usually easy for her to pass the time by playing pretend but she just didn't feel like it. She did find a good tree to climb and pretended it was her pirate ship for a while. She would climb from branch to branch and pretend she was manning the ship and they were in the midst of a large storm. Once she was tired of that, she found a patch of flowers and tried to tie them all together just for the fun of it. When they wouldn't stay together, she took the ones she had picked and put them with her dandelion bouquet at the lab door. She sat on the step again and tried to figure out something else she could do. She decided she wanted to draw but all of her things were in the lab and she was sure Milo wouldn't want her in there again. She settled for her stick for a few minutes until she got tired of it. With her seemingly short attention span, it was getting harder for her to stay occupied.
After another hour of random games and trying to play with herself, Dev gave up and laid back in the grass. she stared up at the sky and tried finding shapes in the clouds. She stayed like that until it got too dark to see the clouds and then she sighed as she watched the moon. Soon she started noticing the small little flashes every here and there. She sat up and watched the flashes for a while before trying to catch one. It took a while but she eventually caught one and looked at it in her hand. "It's a lightning bug!" she said excitedly and ran around trying to catch more. After a few minutes she decided to go back to the lab for one thing. "Dad can I have a jar?" she asked as she cracked the door open just slightly. She got the jar she wanted and ran around trying to catch more fireflies to put in the jar. Once she filled it enough she put the lid on and sat in the grass again. She turned the jar over in her hands and watched the little bugs light up inside. She giggled and went back to the lab, positive she had let off enough energy to be careful in the lab. she picked up her flowers on the way in and carried them and the jar to the table Milo sat at. She set them in front of him and smiled happily before running off with another jar to get some more fireflies for Virus.

Well I'm smart enough to know I'm stupid.

Rapt engrossed,

Lemin's become rather accustomed to the quiet, loves to be around other creatures, he's spent some decent time trying to befriend the fish and other creatures in his fathers laboratory. He's found that everything has a soul, he loves the idea of befriending wild things. Often he'll be found in odd positions thinking, although most assume he's just an air headed kid who's got nothing to lose he has a true and honest brain. Although he doesn't do well in school from his lack of or rather of having to much focus. He has a hard time with little projects and tasks but is always looking at a bigger picture, which will inevitably end up making him fail most of his schooling.
He asks a lot of questions but never responds, he feels stupid since his parents are so smart and he knows he wont get anywhere without trying.Wide eyed kid with little attitude and always seems to be within a dream. This makes him seem rather stupid and he truly honestly thinks he is. Most would expect the kid to be smart since his parents are so but its just not the same with him.

You'd think a kid with smart parents would strive to be as smart, or maybe just naturally intelligent. But honestly one might call Lemin stupid. He's never been one with very good grades and few people seem to be able to

Relationship with parents:

Milo and Virus
Although not everything that Milo tells him gets through
his ear, he quiet enjoys the facts that Milo can bring up,
he's learned a lot of interesting things from both parents,
but its different for both. He learns a lot of serious things
from Virus and it seems a lot more layed back and
day-dreamy to know what Milo has to say. I guess he sort
of feels he doesn't have to listen to Milo's words
cause he's not as serious about what he says, its sort of a
soft spoken murmur rather than a rough and meaningful poem.

Lem loves to spend time at the aquarium park Milo
works at, he'll spend hours following around his dad
around when he can, even quite often helping with
feeding some of the animals. After school he heads
to his dads laboratory, hangs up his backpack and
when Virus finishes up his classes he'll often come
play card games until Milo's done work. They all
walk home together one way or another, and since
Lemin can't be home by himself he spends a lot of
time in either 'work place' since his dads often work late.

Since Lemin's Milo's son he's been given pretty much free access to the
marine park, he's quite responsible about it and has actually learned a lot from
Milo about the sea life, so he does help out when he can.

Virus's taught him how to make smart decisions, eye up a guy and see through a lie.If he was old enough he might be quiet good at gambling, but he'd probably get lost in the game and risk a little much. But for the most part Virus has taught him a lot and he doesn't always use his head but when it really matter he's learned how to use it. Honestly it would probably look a lot better to say that he'll follow in the steps of Milo but Lemin doesn't have the right kind of quality to strive for something like that, its far more likely he'll end up making a lot of the same mistakes and follow a life more similar to Virus's.

They spend a lot of time in Virus's gym, working on self defense techniques and Lemins learned more than just the basics
It's a sad thought but Lemin isn't the best at making decisions and he'll probably make some similar mistakes to Virus. He's always been a weak child but Virus has sort of inspired him to become a little more active, after all when he's wondering around with his friends, Kit for example, Virus wants him to be able to defend himself.

Although Virus often comes off as rude to others he's got a sweet spot for his son, often finding time to work through his issues and talk about pursuing what you want in life. Perhaps its because he doesn't want his son to fall down the same path he did.. But when he's not helping he still doesn't come off as rude or cold, Lemin sees him as strict. He finds its a lot easier to learn from Virus cause he's far more straightforward and prevents you from blanking off into your own thoughts. He especialy feels this way when working with Virus at the gym,

Vesper, Great and wondrous Pap

A big grumpy guy who would do anything for his family, Lemin's sure Virus is going to be just like him when he gets a bit older. He's not just a tough guy though, he's quiet a funny guy in the way he talks to people he doesn't like. You can tell that he's found someone who isn't going to get far in a conversation with him, you can see it in his eye before he even says a word. He blurbs the most interesting things, its probably not any good for Lem to be finding humour in it but he finds it quiet funny in the way of interesting conversations he hears.

He looks quite frightening from afar, at first glance. But Lem and his friends are quite fond of Virus's old man. It's probably not the best influence on them, but Lemin thinks its pretty funny when Vesper runs into someone who he doesn't like. Its just quiet funny and a bit interesting the sorts of things that'll be brought into the conversation, he finds humor in the little things with his pa. Lemin quiet appreciates when his granddad acts all tough though, its almost humours how he can be so kind to sometimes but he looks so big and scary in others.

Kiwi, Grand Mother

Grandma Kiwi might be his only grandma but he doesn't think of her as old and boring, perhaps she's even more childish than him. An interesting lady with a sort of whimsical feel to everything she says or does.

Lemin understands that out of the family him and grandma are most alike to each other, both big on daydreaming and having rather interesting ideas about stuff.

Levi, Uncle

Likes to hear his opinions and learn from his experiences. He kind of doesn't understand that cold wall that grasps his father and uncle's relationship, both are really interesting but he guess's they're different. He's never been able to have a sibling, so he lacks the ability to have that relationship that they could have and he doesn't really know but it makes him quiet sad, especially since they don't really embrace it themselves.

But uncle Levi

Kaito

He doesn't know his uncle, nor does he know why he doesn't know him. His dad won't talk about it and he wouldn't be willing to ask his grandpa, but he misses his uncle, even though they've never met.

Young friend Kit. Although they are similar in age Lemin definitely has a little more self control, neither like loud crowded situations but Lemin has more tolerance.

I'm sure you can only imagine the loud and exciting conversations which occur between Lemin and his dads. They aren't the richest but Lemin makes the best of everything he has, and is quiet content with not being content. He loves their small home and visiting family/friends.
