Question;

If you buy the edited custom thing, can you give it frosting paint or do you still need the party paint combined with it?

Since the party paint is considered special paint, I would assume it would be allowed on the edited custom.
Updated the flavor text for the edited ribbon as to set a sort of "limit" on edits n things.

Would special pint be paint with a minor power or would that cost extra or is it just not available for the custom?
