I made his guy a while back, I couldn't resist.
I present to you; the napstablook tolter. <3
I didn't really want to do any Undertale tolters because,
1) they'd look quite crazy most of the time, and
2) I wouldn't make 'em justice I feel like.
But napstablook is so simple yet so cute that I just had to ;w;

Okay, so, since this tolter seems to be quite popular, and I know all of you seem to
know blook very well, I wanted to do a slightly more advanced comp.
Since so many of you want them, you'll have to impress me.
It's not really an impress me comp though cx

What I want you to do is develop their personality and life.
I know what you're thinking; "whut, but you already know blook's personality!"
Yes I do! But the twist is, I want you to really think about how their personality will be portrayed
through the life of a tolter and how it will affect them. How will their personality apply on a horse?
What does their life look like?

Example:
Because of Napstablook's melancholic personality they are seen as "weak" among the rest of
the herd and often gets pushed around and bullied, resulting in a ton of bite and kick marks.

You will be allowed one extra where you can tell me anything you'd like,
OR have an art piece. It's up to you!
Don't let me limit you - really try to make this tolter come alive. <3

Aside from this I also encourage you to pretty up your form,
since it most likely will increase your chances.

As with his spectral counterpart, life as a Tolter for little Blooky has been far from easy.

Abandoned by his original family during a wildfire evacuation, he was left to die in his stall until months later he was found by Sans, who'd come to scavenge the empty property and half-burned house. He was emaciated almost to the point of death, and the untreated extreme exposure to smoke caused his blindness. That same exposure, paired with his desperate whinnying for help and the lack of water, caused severe scarring on his vocal chords that gives him the wispy, haunting sounds that we know today. Additionally, being left alone in the silence for all that time (and the natural increase of his other senses to make up for his smoke-induced blindness), his hearing has become intensely sensitive; so much so that loud sounds can cause him excruciating pain. After a long recovery, a special set of noise-cancelling headphones, some good food and much-needed vet care, Napstablook became a wonderful companion to Sans. Sans decided he'd never be ridden, because of his blindness and hearing, but Napstablook proved that he could heal and with a naturally sweet disposition, make a great therapy horse and travelling companion. Today, life for Napstablook is much easier, though he still faces his share of daily challenges with his handicaps. But right now, it's only him and Sans; the two nomads are seeking a place to call their own.

Despite everything Blook has been through, he still retains his calm and kind personality, though he's significantly quieter personality-wise than he was before his abandonment, and sometimes can be the victim of a depressive fit in which he just shuts down to outside stimuli. Sans has since figured out how to coax him out of these fits and distract him until they pass. Something that often helps greatly is a story; Sans reads to Napstablook when they have downtime, painting pictures and timelines for Napstablook to gaze upon with his minds' eye. Sans is an amazing storyteller, having read stories to his little brother for years, sometimes making the white stallion forget he's blind in the first place. Besides Sans, Napstablook really has no friends nor enemies. His personality, though, is a double-edged sword; he can make friends easily because of his easy-going and friendly nature, but at the same time, Tolters with a stronger personality can, have, and will overpower and bully the poor Tolter.
