Echomist padded into the camp. She dropped off the prey she had caught into the pile. She had caught two squirrels, 2 birds and 3 mice. She was more satisfied with the size of the pile now, especially knowing that there were still more cats to come back from hunting.

When Flamestar had gathered enough prey to feed the clan she padded back to camp and set it on the prey pile.

Stormpaw quickly noticed his mentor, Flamestar, and
bounded over to her. "Hey Flamestar, what're we doing
today?",he realized she had brought prey and shrunk
back a paw step or two. He should have been helping
her, or so it would traditionally be.

Flamestar glanced down at the apprentice and mewwed "Well, what do you want to do?"

Stormpaw lifted his head, thinking for a moment
,"Well, it's up to you usually. I think exploring the
rest of the territory is more than enough for one
day." He smiled at the leader, flickering his tail
from side to side.

"Well than I'll show you around the territory," she mewed as she flicked her tail for him to follow her.

Stormpaw bounded after his leader, purring.
"Hey Flamestar, am I going to learn how to
hunt soon? I don't want to have every other
cat doing all the work for me. Maybe next
sunrise?"

"Soon enough, for now you need to just know the territory" she mewed as she padded into the wooded part of the territory. "This is the forest, mice, birds, squirrels, and voles can be found here for prey" she meowed.
