Edit; For anyone curious, the two were together when their previous owner owned them. They have been together for a good six months total, I think, at least. Monte d'Or was a teen for almost a year. The new rules state that "if your RPW is due for a growth and has been waiting at least 3 months you can breed them with the condition you write on the form that they have a growth overdue, they will be counted as an adult right away if they are teens, and teens if they are pups." As they are my own RPWs, no form was filled out, though the point still stands.
