Inspired by cotton candy and lullabies :'D Can you tell I rlly like stars and sparkles yet??

The contest for this one is a little unusual; I want you to draw a human form for them!
Their outfit, hairstyle, accessories, etc, are for you to decide. The only thing that is really "set" is their eye color. Totally up to you if you want them to have a natural/unnatural skin color, or if you want to incorporate their markings/colors/feathers/etc into the design/outfit somehow! It's a pretty open-ended prompt, so have fun. ♥

The only real limitations are that a) it must be drawn by you - so no bases! - and b) obviously, it needs to be clothed so it's safe for CS.

I'll be judging based on creativity and effort, so try to think of something unique/interesting! This will end in 2 weeks, on the 21st.
