Alright, so after getting a second opinion I have decided on the winner(s)
First of all, I have a couple of people I want to say really rocked in their form or I really liked their form for one reason or another and they just didn't quite beat out my two favorites.
That's Skylar1515's, Squeez's, and ActualCannibalShia's

I have an honorable mention, that I am awarding either an RU to, or two stubs and that is lady lιgнтwιng.
(why do I keep giving you RU's, your forms are just always so good ;n; ) I just really love your form, and the time you took to craft it as well as your choice in personality and the story you wrote. Just let me know whether you want the stubs or the RU ^^;
Also, the RU doesn't have to have a hair edit, you can pick any other uncommon trait if you like.

And that just leaves one, the winner.

I love how you showed their relationship with Tayce, and I love the personality you built for the character.
Plus the art was a really nice touch, showing off the personality and the items with it.
Just all in all you did a fantastic job on developing the character.
