Why does this Vaiki wear their beads?: Domino has worn these beads as long as he can remember. But he does not wear them just for the childhood memories. He refuses to take them off, as he believes they are a 'good luck charm' and thinks that if he took them off, something terrible would happen, whether it be to him, or his friends or family. In reality, when he was younger his best friend and him went into a seemingly abandoned house, and found a rather interesting old box. Curious, Domino tried to reach the box which was on the shelf, but failed as it fell down onto him. His friend took the box off him and he was wrapped in the mysterious beads. His friend took this as a chance to scare the vaiki, and told him a old tale of magical beads that brought good luck to whoever they chose to be their wearer, but would bring terribly bad luck to whoever took them off. Of course, the stories are fake, but Domino thinks otherwise. Since then, Domino has been as stubborn as an ox, and has refused to taken them off. Because of this, the vaiki is highly superstitious, and always feels a sense of foreboding.

Sora likes the sound of the beads skittering in the wind. She especially likes running in large fields of grass on windy days. The beads where given to her by her father.

Why does this Vaiki wear their beads?:
One day when Fantasma was still very young and innocent, he was hanging out with his family at the beach. Unfortunately, right as they got there, a big, windy, loud storm started to form. As most people know, lightning is attracted to water so if they stayed to long they could get electrocuted. Right as the family turned around, they heard very loud splashing, and a high pitched scream. Then they turned around to see a big tornado forming in the water, but not just any tornado, it was a tsunami! It was quickly gaining up on his family, and before he knew it he was in the hospital. He looked around to see if he could find his family, but they were nowhere to be seen. A few days later he was at the funeral of his 5 siblings, and parents. They had died in the tsunami, but he lived. He had no one now, he was so alone until someone came up to him. It was his grandma and grandpa. They said they would take care of him, he agreed to it hesitantly, but easily got used to it. His grandparents then gave him a string with 7 beads on it. They said that each bead was for a lost family member, one was for his mom, one his dad, three for his three sisters, and 2 for his 2 brothers. He believed that in each bead held a little bit of each family members spirit. So he wore them everywhere, all over his body. From then on every time he lost a loved one he would gain another bead to put on the string. Eventually he had up to 30 beads all over him, he kept getting more and more spirits to travel with him. Until one day... The day his grandma died, she had been a widow since his grandpa died. Though, now Fantasma was alone. He had nothing now, except his spirits. He then found his grandma's jar of beads. He took one last one, for his grandma and put it in a very special spot, on his wrist, the place where he could look at her and talk to her as much as he would like. From then on, he has worn his beads everywhere, everyday.

Wyn as a young Vaiki had no friends growing up, she was far to violent for others to like her. She always broke stuff when she got upset or threw a fit. As such as was often alone and found a love of beads, which helped to keep her calm.

The beads became apart of her every day life she would buy new ones and make jewelry out of them, but none could ever replace that first set of beads she had found in the park, ever since that day she had worn them on her favourite string. She gets highly overprotective of them and will get very angry if anyone dares to touch her precious beads. As well when she sees a set of beads she really likes she will snatch them up right away sometimes actually stealing off others. Wyn has been compared to that of a magpie and often times will be called Magpie Wyn!

Just remember, don't touch her beads.
