Extra 1/ Her Life: There's a harsh wind blowing that chills you to your bones and the grass is waving to and fro. For miles around, all you can see is grass and, faintly .... a herd of goats. Sarnai lives on the notoriously harsh Mongolian steppes- large plains of grass that stretch for hundreds of miles. To earn herself enough to live, she herds goats. Herding goats makes her nomadic and, to find the best pastures, she has to delve deep into the mostly uninhabited grasslands- meaning sometimes she'll go months without meeting a single other soul. Worst of all, of course, is that she always seems to smell of goat hair.
