Stubs are the viscet currency that you can receive via referrals, special mentions, etc, to save up for MYO tickets, or use for nursery potions to use immediately or to save to your "inventory" to use later.

Not entirely certain what you're meaning exactly;
but I'd imagine the date for the received stubs would be yesterday's date since that's when they were given out.

well honorable mentions don't automatically means stubs, but artists do have the free range to give them as we see fit.
