wait - who exactly are you?;; I'm a fairly new member of the Kalon community, but I'm already pretty active within the fanclub etc. I've done a few art requests or two, and am looking forward to getting my first Kalon and becoming more involved.

so, what's the Kalon's name?;; Manu Altair.
and gender?;; Male.
sexuality, perhaps?;; Pan.
how about voice?;; Clear and English (a little like Sam Claflin's).

what's his personality like?;; stubborn softie - clutzy pilot - nature lover
Although he will not admit it, Manu is a big, squishy softie. He loves nothing more than a good cuddle, and is never shy of physical contact. Many people adore him for this very reason - he is always there to brighten your day with extra love and kisses. However, Manu does not just give away hugs for free; you must earn his trust first before you get to feel his pillowy embrace. This kiddo does not want any more Kalon's teasing him for being so soft-hearted (he's still in the stages of denial, you see, but one day he'll come around and give in to his inner squish).
Another rather unfortunate trait Manu owns is clumsiness. If you take anything away from this, it should be never to trust Manu with your stuff - he suffers from a serious case of butterfingers, and there is a high chance that he will drop whatever you give him to hold. Luckily, Manu doesn't mind this curse too much, and is known to make jokes about his clutziness often. In fact, he jokes about pretty much everything, and actually likes to laugh at his own expense. The only reason his clumsiness worries him is because of his risky occupation of flying, but he's spent so much time perfecting his skills that you needent worry about possible plane crashes. Just don't ever let him get a hold of your prized antique dishes.

Like any good obsessor, Manu dedicates almost all of his time to aviation. He reads books on aeroplanes, he searches for spare plane parts, and (of course) he flies. However, whenever he isn't fawning over the latest fighter jet, Manu loves to craft things out of materials such as paper, card, clay or canvas. He loves to personalise all of his belongings, be it with aeroplane silhouettes or intricate flora, and is a keen believer that DIY is the way forward. One more thing he does in his free time is volunteering, (mainly at nurseries or primary schools) but he always manages to incorporate arts and crafts into the sessions he does take.
On top of all this, Manu's main passion is to travel. He has a severe case of wanderlust, and grows extremely irritated if he stays in one place for a long duration of time. His love for exploration may even be the source of his adoration for piloting - flying allows him to be free to go wherever he pleases, and that is something that makes him extremely comfortable. One of his lifelong goals is to go to every country in the world, and he doesn't quite think he can be truly at peace with himself untill he does so. That being said, achieving this goal would not stop him from desiring further exploration of his wonderful planet.

Aside from his goal of travelling the world, becoming a famous pilot is quite possibly Manu's most ambitious dream. Ever since he was little he has been fascinated by the machines, and grew up fixing them for a friend of his mother's. In fact, he adores planes so much that he currently lives in an abandoned one, and is working on fixing the thing so maybe one day he could get it to fly again. Aviation is Manu's upmost passion, and he would do anything to be able to do what he loves full time.
Another thing Mr Altair would adore would be to have children. He's a lover of all things cute and small; children being no exception. The lovable clutz is absolutely fantastic with the younger age group, and sometimes actually gets along with them better than he does with those of his own (possibly because of his own childish demeanour and fascination with the world around him). Perhaps the most pressing issue regarding this is his hatred for permanence - Manu is very scared of commitment, and so finding a mate to settle down with is not something that will come easy to him. And even if he did find someone to start a family with, his wanderlust would most likely cause him to be away for most of his children's childhood, and so in order to ever pass on his genes Manu must find a way to compromise.

where does this treasure live, then?;; The short answer is this: nowhere. Manu hates to be tied down to one place, and much prefers to travel and be free with where he settles. He carries what he needs with him in a little brown satchel, although he prefers to travel light and doesn't really have many full-time possessions. Because of this nomadic lifestyle, he finds it hard to make strong relationships and keep them, although if he really does like you he'll always make the effort to visit. Manu is very loyal to those he loves, but unfortunately those he loves are not always loyal to him.

why the flower crown?;; Manu likes to say that his flower crown makes him super cool and edgy. In fact, he's actually just a sucker for pretty plants, but he doesn't admit that to many.
any other accessories?;; Aside from the flower crown and his plain brown satchel, Manu also enjoys wearing sunglasses and golden bangles - again, he thinks they make him look extremely suave. The little guy even likes the idea of getting several facial and body piercings, but he hates the idea of anything being too permanent, and so has left it for now.

How they got their flower crown-

"Shelby come this way!" Shelby's friend called to them. The forest was very dark and intimidating. "I keep on tripping, wait up!" Yelled Shelby. Shelby was a small Kalon, only about 15 years old. They are very kind, clumsy, and they love to make everyone happy. Shelby just recently came out to his family. Their family wasn't that happy about it. So Shelby's friend gladly took his paw and guided him to a happy place. "Hey Shelby! We are here!" Shelby looked up from their train of thoughts. What they saw was outstanding. A big meadow in the middle of a gloomy forest. Their was fireflies everywhere, making everything so much more peaceful. The sweet smell of blooming flowers filled the crisp air. "Oh my, This is- BEAUTIFUL!!!" Shelby rolled on the ground in excitement. Their friend giggled. "What's so funny?" Asked Shelby. "You have flowers in your fur" Shelby's friend said giggling. "You would look good in a flower crown!" Shelby's friend said, starting to pick pretty flowers. Shelby playfully followed their friend. "Heyyy bestfrienddddd, you're killing pretty flowers!" Shelby said. Their friend looked at them. "Ya but they are going on a even prettier kalon." Shelby smiled and blushed a little. "He he, t-thanks." Shelby whispered. "Alllll done!" Shelby's friend said, putting the little flower crown on their beautiful friend. "There you go, you look so pretty Shelby" Shelby's friend said. Shelby grinned, feeling overwhelmed with love and happiness. "Hey it's getting pretty late, we should head back." Shelby said. "We can stay here, that's why I brought the sleeping bags silly!" Shelby's friend said. "Here, come help me with this." Shelby quickly scurried over and helped their friend. For the rest of the night the two best friends talked about everything, the stars, how they like their coffee, to the reason why they like chocolate.


“What’s my closet filled with?”-
Honestly my closet is filled with flannels. Lots and lots of plaid flannels. I feel like plaid matches my fur markings the best. I tried polka dots but honestly I looked gross. And let's not even start on stripes. I just wear whatever i’m comfy in. Like I love sweatpants and don’t even get me started on hoodies.

“Favorite movie and why?”-
I don’t watch movies but I guess my favorite was “Avatar.” I LOVED that movie. The storyline, CGI animations, amazing production. Honestly, It’s made by a GOD. I could watch that movie all day! Actually confession time- I’ve watched it four times this week!

"Favorite memory?"
My favorite memory other than getting my flower crown was ehhh--
Getting my pet turtle. His name is Larry.
I love him. I remember I went into the pet store to get a puppy. None of them suited me, I tried a cat, turns out i’m allergic. I was gonna give up after that, but then I saw little old Larry in his tank by himself. So I bought him. He is my second best friend.

How they figured out when they were Pansexual and Agender-
Shelby always felt different. They hated being called female. They first came out as trans. They didn’t feel comfortable with He/him pronouns either. Soon they did research and found out they were Agender! And when they found out they were pansexual they were honestly confused. They were bisexual at first, but then they felt attraction to this lil bigender friend of theirs. They looked it up and found pansexual. They were first conflicted with the idea. But soon came to accept it.
