This boy was found tied to a chain. The chain seems to have been embedded into the skin. We were able to remove the chain, but his neck is in pretty bad shape.

this is still a wip

i felt nervous as i gazed into the scared eyes of the husky in front of me. his neck was bandaged and i had been told that it had previously been embedded with a chain. it seemed like he was convinced i was going to hurt him as i soothingly tried to get him into my car. after a moment i gave up trying to get him in with just my voice. i opened my passenger door and looked around for the bag of treats that i had, pulling out one after i found it. i turned to face him with my hand held behind my back, hiding the treat from his sight, but his ears perked up slightly, letting me know that he smelt it.
i moved my arm so it was in front of me and in his sight
