What is a Jewel Mane Dragon?
A Jewel Mane Dragon - often shortened to JMD, is a large dragon-like creature with extremely soft fur covering its entire body and special “jewels” located on both it’s head and tail. These jewels hold special powers, and grant each dragon abilities based on the color of the jewel. Many years ago, Jewel Mane Dragons were hunted for their pelts and jewels which were made into fine garments and luxury items. Around the turn of the century, the practice of hunting JMDs was outlawed. Since then most have taken to adopting Jewel Mane Dragons as companions.

This JMD is inspired by Poor Unfortunate Souls from The Little Mermaid
Wanted to try something different this time, as this is the 15th JMD on the thread q v q
This JMD takes more from the "unfortunate souls" theme of the song, rather than the general aquatic themes of the movie.
I also managed to make my old computer work so I could make this one with pen pressure!

This competition is a little bit special. B)
To win, you must describe or draw their eyes!
You are able to design their irises and decide what their pupils will be, with some minor limitations.
- Due to the size limit, iris designs should not be overly complex.
- The pupils may be round/normal, slits, or not there at all.
- The eyes cannot glow or shift colors, they will just be iris designs. (ex: no irises that would be color-changing gifs)

As stated before, you can describe or draw their eyes. One image only or max of 100 words. (including color codes)
No images from google or other search engines, but you may request/commission someone else to draw their eyes if you go with art.

Eyes: Greer's eyes are quite strange. He has heterochroma. One of his eyes is a pale grey, almost white color, meanwhile his other eye (the one shown on his ref) is a vivid sky blue, clashing with his fur quite a bit. You would expect him to be blind in only his grey eye, but he's blind in both and has been for all of his life. He doesn't have pupils, attributing to his blindness. {74/100}
