description: Oktavia is the combination/fusion of jolt drive and airborne. the two Tibetan mastiffs can only become oktavia if jolt drive is in full control of the fusion/combination. the destructive attitude it displays is likely caused by the anger of the two mastiffs that cased them to fuse/combine. (in other words if jolt drive and airborne are so mad at something that it causes them to fuse/combine, you're in a lot of trouble.) it (oktavia is referred to as an it) is inspired by the witch oktavia von seckendorff from puella magi madoka magica, hence the name. jolt drive's full control of oktavia makes it really difficult to calm down or stop. it will not stop until it destroys something. mainly used in battle, to destroy something or if either jolt drive or airborne are badly injured.
