Story behind the tail:
Dexter has always been a gifted soul. He used to freelance computer repairs since a young age, his hobby became more serious when he delved into computer hacking. It started just for fun, but others soon saw his gift and wanted it for their own personal gain. The bribes soon became physical threats if he didn't work for specific gangs. Thus his incident with his tail. Now the goverment provides him with protection and a job in special forces.
