What kind of job do they have where they use their element?:
Naku sells sushi and makes it with freshly killed fish. The problem is is that they have no tanks to keep their fish in, so instead of wasting money on buying some, they create floating balls of water to place individual fish in for easy and captivating desplay.
Their job is located in an underground community by a volcanic fueled hot spring.
Personality:
Naku is a cunning young gator who seems to have an answer for every problem. They are extremely intelligent and are always looking to find adventure or a fun way to get money. Being a sushi maker is something they've done since they were young and skilled enough to harness their water powers. Being more of a silent type, they'd rather listen to the steam of the underground city outside his shop than spark up conversation.
Although living in such hot conditions often leaves Naku drained, they love the scenery and have always adored the lava that flowed through the rock below. They are extremely kind despite having a set goal of earning money and like to see the younger gators happy when they stop by and gawk at the floating fish.

Element proficiency: Talented, but not all powerful. Using too much of his element often makes him sick.
What job they use their element for: Fishstick usually uses his his element to help fishermen find their way when they're lost on the seas. He's limited with what he can do as he's not all-powerful, but Fishstick is pretty good at manipulating the currents to help his clients find their way.
How Fishstick came across this talent/job: Owned by a sweet old man from a small fishing village Fishstick was born and raised beside the sea. Every day and every night the old man's two sons would come back from fishing with their haul. One particular night they two never returned. Try as he might Fishstick's owner could not conceal his worry and eventually took Fishstick to the seas with him to search for his missing sons. [wip ;3]
