Cartoon: its called "Sagwa" and its actually canceled but the episodes can be tracked down. Sagway is an old cartoon about a family of siamese cats who are pets of a chinese nobleman. The main sister and her brother and younger sibling have small adventures together. Its for young kids but the cats are just adorable. I personally enjoyed this show and it was a favorite of mine when i was little

Cartoon: Samurai Jack; God I loved that show so much when I was a kid. It was kind of freaky to me but it was just... Great. Same with Sagwa but someone else used it so ahh~
Otherwise Johnny Bravo was great too - it actually aired in my birth year can you imagine that!! I'm actually old older than the show even... Yikes.
If you've watched those; Cow and Chicken (god that was hilarious even today it cracks me up)
