To encourage users to allow Guest Artists, a separate Guest Artist Unaccepted List has been made.

If there is a slot open on the Unaccepted GA Submissions List, the next submission in Queue that allows GAs will go there. If it remains unaccepted after 3 days, it will be removed and put back into its reserved position on the normal queue. This means that submissions which allow Guest Artists have a chance of being accepted faster.
Once they have already passed through the GA List they will not pass through it again unless there are no other GA-Allowing-Submissions in the Queue.
