It's unfortunate to announce but all Orphaned/Egg-related Submissions have had to be cleared/redacted.
After the queue basically exploded with over 10 submissions left to do, it's clear that more restrictions need to be placed on the Adoption Center to prevent people from abusing it and to create a system that the staff are not overwhelmed by.
I cannot confirm when it will be opened again, but it probably won't be more than a few days.

All the eggs that were claimed have been withdrawn/taken back for the time until a more fair system is enacted.
Then all the eggs will go back up for adoption. None of the eggs will default back to who picked them previously,
it'll just go with whoever claims them at the time more than likely. Once we've created fair rules, restrictions, and can effectively re-open so it doesn't overwhelm the staff, the adoption center will be reopened.

Preferred Artist: I really don't mind either way, but I do have a slight preference for Soulsplosion.
Other: I am purchasing a Rare Mutation Potion for 2C$ (have all ready sent this to Soulsplosion in a trade) and wish for the babe to have his/her father's mane mutation.

Edited after realizing an error with the potions. It is all sorted out now, though. ; )

By request of Soulsplosion, I am editing to say that I DO NOT want a Guest Artist to do this request, and would rather have an Official Artist deal with this instead. As previously stated, I have a preference for Soulsplosion, so...I would really like for this user to do my request, and not a Guest Artist.
