Story:
When May was younger all she knew was dancing, many looked at her and her mother who cared for her alone, with disgust. She never knew why, but she thought what they did was beautiful. May saw millions of pictures telling a story flashing through her mind when her mother took just one step, dancing was an art. A beautiful art that told so many stories, you just had to pay attention to see them.
But one day her mother had went out to dance at night for a special party and had May stay home for it, May had reluctantly agreed and stayed all alone in what they called home. Her mother never returned though, she waited and practiced dancing until she realized her mother was never coming back. Stricken with grief and anger when a man had approached her and told her terrible news that had her mother in it, she continued to dance.
May never did frown as she did, never did she cry, she smiled and closed her eyes. Dancing as she told her story in the way she heard it, the agony shaking through her and the hatred, she didn't keep it in no. Not at all, she gracefully danced around with her fancy yet poor garment. Shaking away and dancing through it all, the only thing showing some emotions was how she stepped and how her jewels adorned her in such a way.
Her tear was golden, for she would never cry, her jewels hanging off her outfit in such a droopy way to show her loss. May would continue on... Now known as the beautiful dancer who could make flowers bloom with her every step, and in May, the flowers skyrocketing up just to meet her. The mysterious and beautiful flower blooming dancer. (mainly she dances where flowers are)

Story: " Isn't this the same flower you brought me last time ? " he nervously chuckled at his mother's question ,
hand still outstretched with the flower. " What ? Of course not mother ! " it was, indeed, the same flower as la
-st. His mother always seemed to like the white daisy so... he kept bringing it back. It had a small tear in one-
of its delicate petals, other than that though ? It looked the same as any other daisy. " What have I said about l
-ying Yui ? " she didn't sound mad... then again, she was like him. They both didn't sound mad when they truly -
were. Of course, either way he knew lying got him no where in life. It was a given fact by now.
" ...I know mom. It is, indeed, the same flower I brought to you last time. " he confessed quietly.
She looked at him thoughtfully before leaning up and reaching both hands out, covering his paws with hers.
" That's all I needed to hear Yui. Thank you for the flower. "

Story:
Oof! The child hit the floor, limbs flung out as she struggled to get back onto her feet.
"You are still not balanced enough." The young dancer hung her head, knowing the words were true. Biting back a sigh, she arranged her limbs into the starting position of the dance pattern once again, moving each part of her body with painstaking care to get it into the right position.
Her teacher's foot rapped against the hard stone floor, the sound echoing around the wide room. "Wrong." The older jaupie stalked around his pupil, using a long cane to nudge her feet and tail into the correct spots. Each time the tip of the cane touched the child, she wavered, her whole form trembling as she struggled to stay upright in the precarious position.
"In order to be a great dancer, one must achieve balance in all parts of the self!" her teacher declared, pausing and turning to face her. "The audience gravitates to one who can perform feats no ordinary being could accomplish! True balance," the jaupie said in a ringing voice, "cannot be reached through ordinary living alone. Why do you think it is so rare in this world?"
With an effortless movement, the jaupie turned, spinning his staff as he pulled his body into a perfect arc, then sprang into a high, floating leap. Forgetting to keep her stance, the younger jaupie gaped as she watched her teacher land lightly on his feet and turn smoothly into a bow. Will I ever be able to do that? she wondered to herself, biting back a thread of doubt. Even if my limbs get longer as I age... I'm sure I could never be that amazing of a dancer...
As if sensing his student's thoughts, the older jaupie let himself drop from his toes into a relaxed position, walking back to the spot where the young child stood irresolute. Seeing him approach, she hastily rearranged her limbs back to the starting position of the dance, looking up at him with wide eyes. With a sigh, the teacher nudged her heel with the end of the staff; even that tiny amount of pressure was enough to send the girl off-balance again, pinwheeling her arms as she swayed.
Two gentle paws caught the smaller pair, and the child found herself held upright by her teacher. He looked into his pupil's eyes; the disappointment there was clearly visible. Setting her back onto her feet again, the older jaupie placed a hand on her shoulder. "My student, before you can achieve balance in the body, you must achieve balance in your mind and heart," he told her. "While you lack faith in yourself, you can never advance in your studies... for, in the end, what is the dance, if not one great leap of faith?"
She wasn't sure she understood, but she nodded. I'll... I'll try! To have faith in myself! If it means becoming a great dancer someday... I'll do whatever it takes.
