Paint-Tailed Pythons(PTP) are a unique breed of pythons that have paint seeping from their tail tips. PTP tend to be slightly smaller than their close cousins, ball pythons, females being around 2-3 feet long and males 1-2 feet long. Hatchlings are dramatically smaller at only 5 inches long.
Pythons tend to be quite intelligent, and PTP are no exception. PTP tend to be quite shy when first introduced to their owners, but will warm up quickly and soon become inseparable. PTP have exceptionally long lifespans, and have been known to live for upwards of 60 years.

Story:
It was dark, the moon bathed the terrarium with an erie glow. Talia's tired eyes lifted and looked at the coo coo clock that hung on the wall just in front of her. Tick, tick, tick... She couldn't read the time with her droopy expression but she could make out the movement of the second hand. Many a night that she couldn't sleep Talia would watch the clock in hopes it would put her to sleep. It didn't. Talia's mind began its travels and she was quickly lost in thought. She couldn't sleep, the excitement was unbearable. This was her first holiday with her new owners and she was curious to see just how it would turn out. It wasn't long before excitement was over come with drowsiness and Talia's thoughts melded into dreams. Suddenly her eyes shot open and she lifted her head out of the shadows and into the sunrise. The house was slightly decorated but nothing too extravagant but Talia didn't mind, anything was good to her. There was some food with snake friendly treats on top colored in white and pink. Talia looked around confused, there wasn't any sort of movement or noise and Talia became quickly concerned that she was alone. But her fears where short lived. Soon her human family began the festivities of the day, breakfast came first right before all the people came. Many of them looked similar to each other and Talia thought perhaps they where family. She was greatly handled and loved that day, love. Talia didn't know what this holiday was called but se knew what it was about. Love. She didn't need a mate or a snake family to feel love, anyone who truly cares for you, anyone who wants what's best for you is someone who loves you. Unfortunately most people just can't see it. Talia slowly opened her eyes and looked around. Had she truly dreamed the whole thing? Could she possibly live this same wonderful day twice? With ideas of her own she was excited to see what the day would hold for her and her new family.

Story: When Scarlet was a young snake, she ate something poisonous which put a spell on her. It made her eyes pure black and it makes her say things she doesn't want to say. However, she is a sweet snake, she just wants to make friends but everyone thinks that she is rude. Many other snakes know her as "Black Heart" which was a nickname someone gave her. I admit I am not a very good writer and it's kinda embarrassing, but I tried

February naturally loved Valentines Day, as she was born in the month, but she was never allowed one thing; Valentine's Day candy. Though she couldn't understand it, her owners tried to explain again ana again that it would be hazardous to her health. In all honesty, she didn't really care. She was tempted by everything from those colourful little hearts to rose-shaped chocolates. It was incredibly frustrating. This year, her owners left her small chunks of raw meat cut into hearts and she was delighted. Finally, a Valentines treat that she could enjoy!
