Hey guys! Sorry for taking so incredibly long! A few things prevented me from quickly judging, but I finally have the winners! There were so many great forms, and I am so happy that so many of you loved this plumie enough to spend time perfecting forms for them. It really warms my heart, and I'd like to thank every one of you who entered for putting out such great forms!
Unfortunately, I can't give this bab to everyone. After reading through the forms and talking with a guest judge (thanks you Jishokoi ^w^), and we narrowed down some forms that stood out to us just a little more than others.

First, I'd like to announce the winner of the mint chocolate chip plumie. Congratulations to Cat Noir.! We both loved your form! The personality was very believable, and the little details you slipped in made you the top choice overall :)

There were some other forms that stood out to either me or jishokoi, and I decided to award three RUs! Congratulations to Ampersand, armadillo., and Cryogenic! Please PM me an ice cream flavor of your choice(keeping in mind that a neapolitan and sundae plume already exists)!
