What does this Plummie think of Valentine's day?~Lyn, or known as "Night's Cupid" has always been the one to bring couples together. He works all throughout the year, finding couples and giving them a night to remember. Some of these treatments consist of finding the perfect spot, gorgeous music, or even a good hardy scare. Lyn only works at night so he can stay hidden and not ruin the moment. Lucky for him he was born almost completely black. Valentine's Day is a hard day for him, but he doesn't mind. In fact he enjoys what he does, no matter how many people he has to get through in one night. But one Plummie in particular he as taken interest on, but being used to being in the shadows, he has no idea how to tell her his feelings on Valentines day.

what does this plumie think about valentine's day?: Ember doesn't care much about Valentine's Day rather than Single's Awareness Day. To her, Valentine's Day is just a day where people spend money they don't have on people they don't like, and she'd rather be chilling out at home than going out on dates with strangers.


While writing this, I'm trying to do bandannas for another Plumie and text my friend to co-create a character for Don't Starve Together (he hates to do the text while I love it)... Halp.

what does this plumie think about valentine's day?:
Mika is... unenthusiastic about it, to say the least. For four years, it was his favorite holiday! He shared it with his best (only) friend and secret crush, exchanging heart-shaped boxes of chocolates and flowers as more of a silly joke that had become tradition than a romantic gesture. Even so, it was fun for him to pretend for a little while. Although it wasn't the exact relationship Mika wanted, it was nice to just spend the holiday with a friend. All good things must come to an end, though, and a week before Valentine's day two years ago, his friend moved abruptly, without a chance to tell Mika. This, of course, broke his heart - especially since he'd planned to ask his friend out that Valentine's! - and turned him into a jaded cynic about the whole holiday.

what does this plumie think about valentine's day?:
Though his Valentine's Day has never included a Valentine, he still absolutely adores the occasion. The commercial aspect, though others may despise it, is his absolute favorite part. He loves making paper heart chains to decorate his small apartment with. It also gives him an excuse to leave his (secret) favorite heart pillow out when others visit!

Every February, he spends extra time reflecting on his relationships. He makes very intricate paper cut cards with customized poems and message inside. He spends all hours of the night creating special chocolate covered strawberries with special toothpicks meant to look like arrows, festive cakes, massive batches of cookies for his coworkers, and just about anything sweet that strikes his fancy. He sees it as an opportunity to reflect upon the good in others, and to make those close to him feel loved. [140/140]

what does this plumie think about valentine's day?: Despite her appearance, she adores Valentine's Day! But unfortunately do to her heredity she gets angry quickly and the other side of her comes into play. She doesn't want to bad, or course, but her family doesn't help her out at all. They encourage her to let her "true" self out. Obsidian tries to move on in life, expressing herself on how she truly feels and doing her favorite hobbies, but everyone teases her, especially other dark plumerian's. She doesn't have any friends, but hopes that one day she will be loved and looked at equally from others. She feels left out and alone every day, but many are just intimidated by her dark appearance. All Obsidian wants in life is for someone to be her Valentine and her very best friend.

He doesn't min the holiday. He often finds valentines day as in excuse to eating heart shaped candy all alone beacause he is lonley. He often goes to the store, buys a box of chocolates and acts like someone else gave them to him.

what does this plumie think about valentine's day?: Duke has always wanted a happy Valentines Day, but because of his naturally dark fur, he just can't seem to snag a valentine. He sadly watched everyone cuddling and opening their valentines, and blushing. He secretly wants a soulmate, but if anyone asked, he would say he wasn't interested. He was just scared of denial.

what does this plumie think about valentine's day?: The generally quiet, socially awkward Reed enjoys it, as he uses it in a way to spread kindness without having to actually talk to people. In the weeks leading up to Valentine's Day he'll fold paper airplanes and put kind, encouraging messages inside. Then on the day itself he'll leave them for people around town to find. The plumerians always love these and look forward to them every year, though they've never found out who makes them, and they'd hardly believe it if they heard it was Reed.
