They became invasive species in many countries due to baby guava monsters hatching from imported fruits and escaping the warehouses. It's really hard to tell if a fruit contains guava monster egg without cutting it open, so manufacturers just started putting warning stickers on their guavas. Guava monsters have grown popularity as pets recently, they dont have teeth or claws and are perfectly child- and household-friendly.
