Hazard Cats are long legged felines with quite a few robotic qualities.
Their tails are about the length of their body, split into two pieces,
and connected by some form of energy. The glass screens on their
chest are most commonly known to show a heartbeat, but many other
glowing images can appear there. These images mirror the cat’s
health in one way or another. Some cats have static on their screens,
but beware, those cats are as dangerous as they are rare! The picture
on the screen will always match the color of the cat’s eyes, which
typically have hollowed pupils. Hazards have three eyes, but the center
one is almost always covered with a band-aid or something similar.
This is because of the often dangerous powers that are channeled
through the third eye. Grates on the cats’ sides aid in breathing and
can also emit a steam, sound and mist, as well as a strange goo.
Their large ears allow them to hear potential prey miles away and make
them skilled trackers, but they are easily overwhelmed by too much
noise. Thanks to their strong legs, Hazard cats can reach speeds up to
fifty miles per hour and leap near ten feet up.
All the brighter purple bits are done with the second purple on an add layer, hense the "add" written on there

Name of the Hazard Cat and why?
If I were to win this gorgeous creature, I would love to call him Heliotropium Violaceous, Helio Violace for short.
The reason being, that, for starters, he's purple in colour. But he's not just an ordinary purple - he's a mixture of many purples, but I find that he looks very similar to the Heliotropium flower, with heliotrope being the colour it descends from. Furthermore, the flower itself is very pretty, as is he.
The hex code for this flower colour is #DF73FF, which is the colour of this text and quite frankly, I think that's beautiful and that it suits him.
Now onto the surname. Violaceous, also known as 'of a violet colour', sounds mysterious and quite exotic, fitting him perfectly. I chose this surname mainly because when I looked up synonyms for purple, it came up, and being curious, I looked up the meaning. It also reminds me of a volcano - you know, words like viscous come to mind - and I can just imagine a volcano erupting purple lava when I think of this surname c;

Personality, Tendencies and More
Helio is a very lively character. What he enjoys most of all though, is star-gazing - the colours of stars, constellations and comets and planets themselves fascinate him to the extent of excitedly blabbering on about them whenever he is around- well, anyone in fact. Since he was a youngster, he had marvelled at the sights the sky would portray to him at night - it always gave him a different perspective, of how his own world was so small, and how he was on a speck of a planet when there were billions of galaxies and other planets that were even beyond our knowledge. After he discovered that these stars and their galaxies were from years ago, he was even more fascinated - it's as if you could see the past, or see the stars that other people had seen, not in his era, but another, a similar method to time travelling. And the fact that it was just him and the stars in the darkness and the passing sounds like hooting of an owl or the rustle of wind snaking through grass would just captivate his heart in such a manner, that he felt completely and utterly at home.
Maybe it was because of the markings he had been manufactured with, or maybe his own interests, he wasn't sure, but Helio for sure knows that he loves star-gazing the most.
He has an overly friendly manner, but he does keep his distance with other people or animals who prefer having a 'personal space bubble'. He can be found experimenting or doing exercise more often - much to the chagrin of his friend, Mitsuko, who prefers quiet evenings and an even quieter atmosphere. That aside, he is the complete opposite of Mistuko - he's clumsy, he prefers messiness, and enjoys adding new colours to his purple streaks, such as green from rolling in the grass, brown from mudball fights and such.
Helio's favourite season is the spring. He absolutely adores seeing the new buds sprout into colour and will watch them, unmoving, for hours until they open fully - this is about the only time he is ever at peace. Even when sleeping, he chases butterflies and sleepwalks, knocking over glasses of water and sending Mistuko into utter panic and chaos. Anyway, that's not the point - spring is a time of wonder, of beauty and when he feels most at home. It is also the calmest time of the year from his side, as he is busy helping others and warming up new flowers from their long slumber after winter.
