Linen had a tendency for boats. He would float close to the surface to examine boats, always awed in wonder by them. He was determined in finding the boat most similar to the one on his side. One day, he was swimming near the seafloor when he came upon a shipwreck. He had never seen a ship wreck before, and normally swam near the surface.He found the wreck was deadly close to his mark on the side . From then on, the time he did not spend looking at surface ships or with other guardians, he was zooming through the large ship wreck. He soon spent a majority of his time searching for ship wrecks, and collecting shiny objects and bits of seaglass around him.
One day, he even found a sunken cruise liner.

Beowulf had always been an adventurer...
He loved to prove his might in battles and travel to new places to find new foes to prove his might. Nobody had attempted to explain to him that it wouldn’t always work in his favor.
One day, on his adventure out he encountered a foe that he wouldn’t easily forget. A foe that, while Beowulf wasn’t seriously injured, he was certainly taught his place.
It began that morning, Beowulf was inspired by a dream in which he conquered the ocean. He decided to try and act on this dream. With this in mind, he ventured out to conquer the ocean. He found a large beast with eight spindly arms. As he poked around, he found that this beast would have none of his antics today. As the beast threw out an arm in warning, it pushed Beowulf well out of the way. This beast was much stronger than the young Guardian.
But he was determined to prove his might. As he made his way back towards the beast, he was suddenly blinded by a large black cloud, a wall of sand, and arms shoving him this way and that. When the water cleared, the beast had disappeared with no sign of his path. Determined to learn more, he wanders the ocean looking for the spindly foe.
… but now he had a purpose.

With the species on hiatus, I've received the OK to overlook the signature rule. And with Yama having not posted since 2016, I took care of judging.

Anubis is from a deep dark part of the sea, he has seen many creatures unknown to man. In the darker parts of the sea, you often see more of the evil creatrues in the darker parts, but Anubis was anything but evil. He is a kind soul, and strives to help all creatures, big and small.

While Anubis was living in the deep, he found an abandoned ship wreck. It was a grand find, it had yet seen the horrors of some of the creatures or coral. Anubis was glad to claim the ship as his own, and he loved it. It was filled with riches that he would never use, and jewels with would never glimmer in the light of day. He was happy with his house, and he guarded it with caution. He knew that many of the sea creatures envy his home, and some would even try to take it from him.

One day an extremely large and aggressive shark swam towards Anubis's home. He was ready to claim it as his, but Anubis was not worried. He knew that he could take on the shark, but it was still dangerous. Anubis swam quickly towards the shark and bellowed a ferocious neigh. The shark stopped and narrowed its black eyes at Anubis, and the commenced charging towards Anubis. They engaged in a great battle, and after several hours Anubis was left standing. The shark was gravely injured, and slowly swam away in shame.

Anubis was ashamed of himself for being so selfish with his home, so he abandoned it. He swam towards the clear waters and far from the deeper darker waters.
