why would you like to be a mod? :: there are an endless number of reasons why i would like to be a moderator for balligons. i'll start with the fact that i absolutely adore this species; i'm fascinated by anything scaly, including dragons and alligators. i, myself, even have a bearded dragon. (a little cutie if i do say so myself. <3) i think this species has the potential to grow into something truly amazing and it would be an honor to guide the course through it's baby steps. i have experience dealing with difficult users and enforcing the rules in a friendly way. unfortunately, because wuffy wolves is currently inactive, i have a lot of free time on my hands to moderate other adoptables. but this might be a good thing, because i have the opportunity to help more people with my free time. i would consider myself fair and i only give out strikes when need be. (i feel so guilty for doing so afterwards, but it's something that needs to be done.) i follow three steps when enforcing rules. first, i explain to the user what they did wrong by quoting their post and quoting the rule. then i'll inform you of the situation and give my input; whether they should be given a warning or a strike. lastly, i'll inform the user of their sentence, making sure the message is friendly and i don't sound snappy, rude, or annoyed at them. (i sound like a lawyer, lol.) no matter what they've done wrong, it doesn't give you any right to talk down on or be impolite to someone, even if they are to you. i am very much willing to dedicate myself to this species. i am not only willing, but would be honored, and it is something I would would love and be proud of doing.
