Nightmares are fluffy critters that live under our beds. Despite the hearsay, they aren’t particularly evil or ominous; it’s just they are nocturnal and the sounds they make cause our sensitive psychic to show us scary images when we sleep. They can be mischievous at times, but generally they’re quite friendly, behaving as something in-between ferrets and little kittens! When tamed, they easily learn to sleep at the same times as their owner, not giving them nightmares anymore! Will you be open-minded enough to disregard cruel rumors and give one of these affectionate creatures a chance?

Backstory
Anakin was one of the most loved Nightmares, all until she did something no Nightmare should do. Anakin stopped trying to scare people, and began helpful, friendly, and caring. Her pelt was stained from a wonderful white with black markings to a red, showing she had been exiled. She wandered around for over ten years, trying to find a way to make up for her wrongs. Anakin has become lonely and afraid. Her reason for life was lost long ago, until she met Kuro. Kuro was a cold human, one that no one would cross. Anakin has tried to melt her heart, and after five long years, she managed to do the trick. Kuro and Anakin are much more than master and creature, they have become equals.

Backstory: It is said that until they find the perfect human to attach to, some Nightmares won't be able to see in color. Everyone talks about how the sky is so blue, the roses so red, but Kon can't see it. That is, she couldn't until she met Sheele. Kon was wandering around until suddenly everything came into focus. A person, dressed in purple, stood out to Kon. Koneko was fascinated with the brilliant shade. So this was what she was missing?
Kon immediately bonded with Sheele. The woman was very clumsy and innocent, but Kon always saw the darker side of Sheele. The side that killed. Not often did she scare Sheele in her sleep, but then again not often did the two seperate. Sheele made Koneko's world colorful. In more ways than one, too.

Backstory: Ivory was always a little paranoid, being under a bed that had so many things blocking his way out. Ivory would make so much skittering noises that he would always cause his human to wake up, screaming, for the nightmares were so intense. Those nightmares were fears for the future, paranoia for the past and present. This poor russet furred creature knew that what he was doing was terrible so Ivory cried out every night, urging his human to take away the boxes and toys and release him and mercifully one night, the human did. Ivory was so glad when the human forgave Ivory and taught Ivory how to sleep and daydream.
