This is a special little PPS orphan -- though it seems they're too shy to come out of hiding! To win them, I want you to find an adoptive parent/set of parents for them and convince me why they should be the ones to adopt them and encourage them to come out of their shell. As an extra-special something, you'll get to decide up to 3 things you'd like in the design (ie; song inspiration, shapes/markings, colors, etc) ;>
