Truffle's olive eyes narrowed with frustration. The biting cold seeped into her bones from the newly-fallen snow. She exhaled loudly and trudged through the piling snowdrifts, beginning to feel almost desperate.
"Hello?" she cried out, hoping for a reply.
Silence.
Even her cry's echo was swallowed by the eerie winds.

A shiver rippled through her body, not just because of the freezing temperature. "This place is so creepy..." she muttered to herself, her green optics flicking around her surroundings to scan for potential threats.
Truffle inhaled shakily and took a few more steps through the thick snow, any and all thoughts of treasure long-gone from her mind. A distant howl reached her pointed ears. "A possible Rainbow Paint Wolf?" thought Truffle. "Or something else...?"
Suddenly, her damp foot slammed against something hard, sending her flying into the powdery snow.

Response -- The day was just the same as before; frigid, eerie, and unknown. Apotheosis trudged through the woods just the same as before, but instead with more purpose. They had heard from others about the possibility of finding treasure out in this strange landscape. Can that be true? Perhaps it could be useful, how knew. Whatever sort of relics lay in wait to be found, Apotheosis was eager to find them, and scoured the forest avidly.

Response -- Kyle fell into some deep snow, flailing about in an attempt to get out he managed to hit himself in the face. "great, just what I needed." He attempted to get out of the snow and after a lot of fails managed to get out. "I hate this place, but if it means seeing his happy face I'll do it." He mumbled to himself.
