After wasting half my soul in the attempt to run and successfully judge, we've finally settled on scores, but don't fret if your scores are lower than others', this is only the odds, not who actually won.
Without further ado, here are the base scores in order of form posted:

I took the form which was scored highest by each judge and came out with round 2 forms (tbh this killed my soul because I couldn't pick more x.x your scores had nothing to do with whether you made it up rounds, but they did have an influence):

Then I went ahead and scored the forms in closer detail~ These included fluency of the writing, quality/thought&effort put into the artwork (Both considered at equal level), the idea behind the form, and extra points were given accordingly by fanclub posts/how active each applicant was on paying attention to the plumerians they already own. Nonowners were scored the same way by how many forms they entered before and the quality (|D This wasn't stalkerish i promise you guys)
As a result round 3 was chosen:

And then this was the real feather-pulling part for me, Kuro, Akemi, and all the other family |D *loses another soul because ohmygosh the forms left were all too amazing for plumie eyes to bear*

~Caramel~;; the idea and the way you portrayed Devin was amazing, and the judges and I could see the effort you put into your form. However the only thing that was putting your form a fraction of a step backward (and mind this, we had to go into extreme detail to differentiate the tiniest things between the forms) Akura/Devin couldn't have been a very shy plumerian; if she had been, then Akira would't have 'evolved' out to be what she was when they were younger. However overall, your form was excellent and I'm very sure that if it was for another adoption you would have won without a second thought!

That brings us down to the final three, and this took me nearly two weeks of looking back and forth to find the absolute tiniest differences. Your forms were all outstanding, but there is only one Akura and she unfortunately does not possess the ability to clone herself into identical copies for you guys...

jayus;; your form was intriguing because of the fact that everything was related to music, and the fact that there seemed to be a connection between all. aoba was a very interesting name chosen, and the gifs in your form, although plumerian irrelevant, were on the line with the personality planned for her. This was the only place where the ties were so tough that I finally gave in and allowed the two points you were short to take over. However the best luck to you for future adoptions! I will probably readopt the next Kurokemi kids if I can't connect (or if i feel it's too awkward owning two siblings/reach my slot limit <-- haha nice dream Windy |D)

ok here are some lectures on your forms |D

W o o f;; Starting off, everything was perfect about your form; the only thing that set me on edge was that you made Kurotasu 'Korotasu' xD But aside from that the lore and quotes you used to describe Akala's character, as well as the dedication and stories, were a shining part of your form. however the briefness and how the posts near the end were somewhat 'weakened' dampened some of the shine. But again in contrast, the fact that you post on the FC a lot as well as your dedication to Cricket and Ceres again lifted your chances.

Toothpick;; Oh I don't even know where to begin here xD First off, your art and especially the ideas behind that were stunning. In addition, the fact that you pay a lot of attention to Nolan also lifted your overall scoring. We really liked how much the personality you put for Megumi fits in near-perfectly with Akira's personality, as it were actually possible. If it weren't for the extra point W o o f gained, you would have won for sure~

Yep you all heard that right, our winner is W o o f! The idea of the form counted most, and after reading I immediately thought about a possible double-life for her, the fact that she is gatekeeper even though she has no powers, not anything unusual like Akira's synesthesia, or even more adept at some things, yet she was chosen.

Before i go on, for those of you who feel a little crestfallen, I mentioned above that the next Kurokemi children may be up for adoption as I might not be able to connect (why I readopted Akala) In addition, I'm offering anyone mentioned in round 1 a headshot sketch for your plumerian or a future/tryout plumerian. You can have this sketch pose turned into a full piece by another artist as long as I'm credited!
For folks who made it to second round, a sketchy fullbody is all yours! Same rules apply to above~ Your choice of pattern/color for background~
3rd round, a neat avatar-like, colored piece ;v; unfortunately I can't offer a nonowners option but in case you are one you may request another non plumerian character to be drawn
4th round, you get a free pixel avatar (75-100 points on my dA) for your hard work! I originally intended not to put up that valuable of a participation prize but i felt that those who did make it to 4th round really deserved something like this. (|D please no hair edits they are unhealthy for my soul =P)
And for the winner, you may keep the art with the permission of the respected owners. For those of you who have art but didn't win, you can choose to keep it if you have a .psd file that you can recolor again, or if you're a kind and super generous person, you can donate it to W o o f to let her kickstart Akala's character!

Again, thank you all so much for showing interest and participating in this readoption! It really helped me a lot by turning away from the stress of real life things and enjoy all the wonderful stories you created. I wish you all best of luck in other adoptions, and to keep a sharp lookout for the FC for when I post future readoptions <3
