Aand here's my part! It's of Kaya (blue) and her foster sister, Katie (red). They are a Pikachu (Pichu in this picture) and a Zangoose, respectively.
In Kaya's life story, she was adopted into a small family after running away from the Team Rocket subdivision during an attack. For some time she and Katie, a young zangoose, became best friends and, inevitably, partners in crime.

((Toriel, I hope you don't mind my slight deviation from the palette. I tweaked the colors a bit by first making them darker and later changing the blue to blue-violet and red to red-violet.))
((Also, for those who happen to care, I drew in a very evil special someone.))
