You can just check the main page (this page) and click on different tolters to see if they are up for adopt. We don't usually auction tolters off, there can be raffles or you can PM a member who has a tolter to see if you can get breeding slots from them to then send in a breeding (if and when an artist has their breedings open) c8

Also pointing out you cannot ask for customs they are offered in streams or in the FC. Which is linked on the main post and you can mark to be alerted when such an offer gets posted. Same goes for breedings, artists often alert the FC when slots are available. c:
