In all honesty no one is really sure what started the battle, though it was likely something insanely stupid like a toy or mis-pronounced name. Their mothers kept them separate from then on, and they didnt see each other for many years. Yet years later, they met by chance while out exploring the land. They talked, casually at first, and then apologies started flowing fourth. Slowly but surly they began to grow closer, learning everything they could about each other. They began meeting up multiple times in a day just to see each others, started going to the same places and eating the same things, and neither had any qualms about the other. In the end Vance is happy to call Kaz his best friend, and Kaz feels the same. Of course there are still some bumps in the road, such as Vance's many friends making Kaz feel threatened, and Kaz's affections sometimes going a bit too far for Vance's liking, but they always seem to work it out with little effort. They are truely the best example of a perfect relationship.
