Her name must stay Toriel, same with gender/sex being Cis female.
Everything else is on the top and totally up to you guys!
This is an unlimited impress me that ends November 24.

Forms with decent coding, a lot of decriptory, personality fullfilling, and explanitive writing, expressive art, and great characterization are probably at an advantage over poor versions of the latter subjects.
Not having good art + coding won't be too bad though.

Toriel here is a bit of a handful. when you first meet her she comes off as cocky, stuck-up, rude and absolutely full of herself. she's the one who'll tell you her honest opinion, even if it's harsh. but once you get to know her you'd find out she's a nice person. although she doesn't normally let people see this side of her. deep down she's a generous, friendly person who'll always be there for you when you need her to be. a lot of people don't get to see this side of her, either because they don't try to or because she doesn't want them to. although she's very protective over those she loves and will do anything not to see them hurt. she's been hurt in the past and she doesn't want to be hurt again.

Toriel is a very kind and caring person, but she can be imposing and tough when need be. She aspires to be a teacher one day, however she feels she's needed where she is. Toriel loves to bake, and is also very indecisive, as she'll constantly be deciding what to bake. Cinnamon or butterscotch? Pie or cake? The world may never know.

Toriel tossed and turned in her bed, her dreams strangely familiar. She couldn't remember who was in her dreams, until it hit her. Her son. Asriel. She had failed to protect him. She had failed to protect them all.
Asriel sniffed, tears dribbling down his face. Toriel wrapped her arms around him, comforting her son with an embrace. "Are you okay?" He wiped his face with his sleeve, shirt wet with tears. He held out his arm, a little scrape welling with blood on his elbow. "Hush, I'll heal you. I should not have left you for so long." Toriel smiled an apologetic smile, gently healing his wound. "All better?" Asriel nodded. "All better." He tearily smiled, before getting up again. A quick peck to Toriel's cheek and he was off again. "Chara! Wait up!"
R E L A T I O N S H I P - W I T H - A S R I E L
Toriel can never forgive herself for what she thinks of abandoning her son. She loves the kid to death, and by distancing herself she feels she's protecting him. At the same time, she wishes to be closer to him, as she can't bear to let him go through life without father and mother. He thinks of her as any son would, lovingly, although he's a bit distant from her.

K H A L E E S I I thought your concept was pretty nice and enjoyable though it didn't fit well with what I thought Toriel would be. However, it was amazing none the less. So, if you'd like, you can have a RU based off of Asgore if you'd like. If you would not, you may gift the RU to anyone you please vuv

Now, out winner was, in my oppinon, perfect, in not a bit lacking with the coding type.
As much as I'd like to admit, I see Toriel as being at least nice or kind in someone- come on, goat mom- and, with this, still something that strays away from canon.

lefoxicornius lived up to my expectations of this and included nice little art pieces that backed up.
What I thought was nice was the fact that they mixed canon AND original in a nice little blend.
