Cherry ice~! Burst has a fondness for the cool sweetness
and snowy moldability of crushed ice.

Burst had a long way to walk.

It was a warm summer's day and, with her eyes closed, a lone Skelecat traversed the city streets. The smoke was thick, but she had to get there. She had to find it, and she had no where to stay anyway so, with sheer will, she walked on.

The cement sidewalk was nearly painful to the paw and the transparency of her skin did little to help. It was... still too far away, and the city noises were distracting, and it was difficult to find her way. But, she walked on.

She walked until... her paws sank into soft snow, and her nose was tickled by a sweet, if a little artificial smell of cherries. What is this...? She licked it. It was fresh, but there wasn't a sound of someone who had recently lost a delicious snow cone. Could it have been given? Burst had, since then, kept that belief, and an optimistic belief in everything.
