Watches as Sky digs her heels in, not recognizing the person holding her lead rope. She sniffs at the would be thief, snorting sharply as she senses the less than honest intentions. Then, with a familiar whistle, her ears prick, head turning to look at her doting owner, who has a ripe, juicy pear in hand. With an eager light in her azure eyes, the mare swiftly takes the rope in her mouth and snatches it from the would-be thief's hold, eagerly making her way over to the familiar, treat bearing presence for sweet fruits and lavish coddling.
