Any artist may do the breedings, but both breeder & artist must contact me! To be able to have a covering from him, you must do a full body piece of art work, of him.
How this will work on getting a mutant foal.
Him + another mutant
1 = Mutation of both parents
2 = Father's Mutation
3 = Mother's Mutation
4 = No Mutation
5 - Small amount of Mutation
Him + non-mutant
1 = Only the ears will have mutation
2 = NO MUTATION
3 = Tail Mutation
4 = NO MUTATION
5 = Lot of Mutation
6 = Small amount of hair mutation
7 = NO MUTATION
8 = Small amount of his mutation
It is also up to the artist, but I prefer using this chart artist. So the chances are still fairly high to get some sort of mutation.

Strange Neravontii arrives at the Agency wrote:We were phoned, and asked to take a neravontii, with the registered name "Big Bad #1." It appears he had no real name when he was being transferred to the Agency. We scheduled a date for him to come in and set up a paddock for him that wasn't around to many neravontiis. If you were to try and approach this stallion without gaining his respect and showing he can trust you, he will pound you to the ground.
It had taken us about a month to gain a little bit of his trust. While we waited for custom made tack for him, due to his hair, we just continued to train him and gain more of his respect, and to be his leader. We have decided that we keep him as an Agency Stallion. We will be studding him, for the price of someone gaining his respect and trust first. Then they may pair their mare with him.
Finally the custom made tack had arrived, and we checked to see if it fits, which took us quite some time to get him used to and to allow us to fully tack him. We had the Agency's best rider mount him after we had done tons of special training. It took about 10 tries before he had finally stopped bucking and kicking just that one rider off. As we worked on him with different riders, it slowly went down to 6, 4, 2, then he finally has given up, and will allow any trusted rider.
