okay this kind of took a while hh
but my guest judges had a hard time picking a winner and the only way i felt i could comfortably pick a winner was by also offering a runner up vwv

without further ado, the winner of the runner up is takura i adored the name you picked and, personally, i was also hoping for a reason behind the hat that involved no magic whatsoever - the character you had picked was adorable as well. i suppose the reason you didn't win was lack of development - however this is a short contest, so i hope giving you an ru makes up for it owo
