Brief personality;; Roman, appearing to have taken traits from both parents, has the bravery and passion of his mother and combined with the arrogance (and fabulous-ness) of his father, produced a very charming boy. He's quite flirty and has the ability to get whatever he pleases, but still puts his best efforts. [50/50]
Brief relationships with family;; Ophelia - Both Ophelia and Roman share the trait of being hopeless romantics-- Roman often loves to sit down and read stories of romance and love, although he doesn't exactly feel like he would ever find that one true love. Due to being spoiled by his grandmother, however, Roman is starting to learn that maybe a true love isn't so impossible, although he knows that she is also a hopeless romantic herself. The two of them share a sweet and gentle bond, sharing a love of romance. However, Roman sometimes gets a little irked by her nomadic and arrogant traits, but he eventually learned to put it past him and to just move on, rather than take it seriously. Overall, the two of them get along quite well, and Roman loves to spend time with her, although he doesn't necessarily feel like they're as close as they could be. [147/150]
Romeo - Not only do Romeo and Roman share the trait of being absolutely fabulous, but they're also both quite arrogant. However, their actions and opinions are quite different. While Romeo is picky and spoiled, Roman is more of a boy who is willing to accept whatever he can get, especially if it makes it easier on someone else. His father may have a strong hatred towards getting dirty, but Roman, despite not being too thrilled about it either, is actually quite alright about it. That doesn't mean he won't complain, though. Overall, even though Roman and his father share a few traits, their opinions and preferences makes it a bit difficult for the two to get close, but when times call for it, he's more than willing to spend time with his father. Roman often wishes they were closer, but, ironically, feels it to be his tragic comedy. [147/150]
Riza [Mother] - Both Roman and his mother are hardworking and loyal, which allows them to get along quiet easily, especially in circumstances where they face a similar goal or challenge. Her strictness slowly teaches Roman how to be on time and to do things right, although sometimes it shows too much, making him overbearing. However, due to Roman being more emotional than his mother, it leads to the occasional argument and disagreement due to that, but it's resolved soon after, and they both grow closer because of it. Roman feels closer to his mother than to his father in most cases, although it becomes difficult when he's upset or anxious, thus leaving him to feel rather alone. Riza seems to notice these moments, though, and her efforts, albeit fruitless, are appreciated and taken to heart. If anything, her attempt is usually enough to get him out of whatever rut he's in currently. [150/150]
Winry [sister] - Compared to everyone else in his family, Roman is the closest to his sister, Winry. The two of them share quite a few traits-- emotional, strong-willed, and hard-working. The two of them often help each other out with issues, especially with emotions, but being her brother, Roman feels like he has to be the stronger of the two and to protect her. Although he doesn't show it, he sometimes gets a little upset over her cockiness and how blunt she can be, although deep inside he knows that she doesn't always mean it. Roman can be a bit ignorant at times, though, and may not realize some situations when Winry is actually embarrassed, and just takes her lashing out to be just another thing she does, leading to some misunderstandings.
