Lot's of great forms! I was actually caught up for quite a while on a few forms [pretty much the only reason it took so darn wrong] but I kept coming back to one, and so I've come to a decision.

Yavapai is from the Oolith tribe

Shoulder

You would think from this symbol that Yavapai's tribe worshiped the sun, but that is not the case. The Oolith have respect for all forces of nature, but they only worship rocks and stones. Each member has a symbol that represents a rock or gemstone, and that is exactly what Yavapai has. The paint on her shoulder is actually a shiny cylindrical gem that thins into a point at the top from the perspective of someone looking down on it. In the Tribe leader's hindsight, this may not have been the best idea, but Yavapai is proud of it and is quick to correct someone when they make the mistake.

Wrist

All members of the tribe have this painted on one of their wrists. The stripes are water, and the dots are rocks. This represents water flowing and leaving behind uncovered rocks and marks anyone who wears it as a member of the tribe. They must keep this on at all times, except when they are washing of course.

Forehead

Only specific members of the tribe get this mark. Anyone who is trained in the art of stone-seeking is marked with it and becomes a seeker. In the Oolith tribe, a seeker is someone who goes out and finds holy rocks and gemstones. This may not seem too difficult, but mind you, there are specific rules as to what is a holy rock and what isn't. 1) It must be a rock (students who do not recognize this are quickly turned down) 2) Both the location it is found and the shape or material must mean something significant, and of course 3) It must be small enough to carry back to camp. The Oolith never make cuts into gems, but rather leave them in their natural form. They do, however, carve writing into (not holy) rocks and make statues with them... of rocks.

Eye

When a young Oolithian comes of age, this sign is painted around their eye. the rocks rotating the eye represents them seeing the importance on the stones. This may seem silly to anyone outside the tribe, but that is just because they have never been able to use a holy rock to its full ability, let alone recognize one. The coming of age ceremony is very important, as it recognizes the receiver as an official member of the tribe. Yavapai holds her ceremony close to her heart.

More about the Oolith
To understand Yavapai, you first have to understand her origins. As you know, the Oolith is a tribe that worships rocks. They see rocks as the solid foundation of the planet, that without them we'd be endlessly flouting in space. As well as that one common belief, the Oolith also take care of each other and are divided into classes: Leader, maintainers (make sure people do their job), Skippers (the hunters and fighters), Care Takers (mothers and fathers), and Seekers (search for stones). Yavapai is a seeker, meaning not only is collecting rocks her hobby, but her job and role. According to tribe rules, if she finds a rock or gem with has no meaning or only a meaning to her, she is allowed to keep it. So as you can imagine, she has quite a large stash. Another thing to note about them worshiping certain rocks, is that they also worship some locations. The most important is the Crystalis caves, which is a large cave system covered in natural crystals. They preform ceremonies and other things here.

More about Yavapai
Up until now, we have not touched on Yavapai's personality. She is strong and independent partially from all the rock hauling that comes into her role. Yavapai also has a very strong pride in her work and tribe, but tries not to be stubborn. On the few occasions she does let her guard down, one could describe her as "Stubborn as a rock," a saying which she takes to heart. But overall, Yavapai is generally light-hearted and happy.
