Hey there! Im SoulFireWolf, owner of many wolves in the RPW community. I pop in on the Fanclub at random times, usually to post updates on the nursery or that I put up a new RPW UfA for once. I love every one of my RPWs and their concepts and I've spent a lot of time thinking about each and every one of them. If you haven't noticed im not exactly done with the writing portion, it takes time (which I usually don't have) and patience (again, I don't have), but it gives me something to do when im bored. Okay this guy is amazjng and I adore the concept I have in mind for him. I hope you enjoy my form and thank you for considering me to be the owner of this awesome blood moon RPW, I have an adoration for any halloween adopt so im excited to be given this oppurtunity to make him my own.

What makes them switch forms: When he has an adrenaline rush


> When Noc starts to feel threatened or overwhelmed by a certain force, whether it's living or nonliving, he tends to go into 'blood form,' or what he calls it when he gets to have a more reddish tint. When he gets any form of adrenaline rush this normally happens, but it's most common when he is feeling scared or threatened. This defense mechanism is supposed to ward off enemies, hoping to scare them into thinking he's much more powerful than he actually is. However his paint hold no such powers, so if they don't run off when he changes his color it gets rather difficult on his part.

He also turns blood red with intense anger. Whether he shows it with body language or not, he can never hide the fact he's angry at someone. This, of course, results in even more anger.




Sing to him;
Yes, you read correctly. Sing a soft tune and he'll most likely calm down, and if you sing it long enough you can manage to make him fall asleep or, at rare times, entrance him. If he hears the tune he'll relax, allowing him to return to his normal form. As I said, you can possibly entrance him. This is usually only by a sirens song, where he'll stay in a trance and do whatever he's told for a longer period of time, or by someone he cares about and let's his guard down much easier and quicker.
Wait;
He can't stay overwhelmed forever, so just give him some time and he'll relax a bit. Depending on who you are, what happened, and his feeling towards the situation it can take minutes to weeks in order for him to calm down.

Personality;
{ They'll never know who I really am }

Noctis is a very sociable RPW who enjoys the company of anyone. His personality, however, is rather clay-like. Depending on who he meets he tends to change a bit, when confronted with this issue he simply states that it's a good way to survive, being adaptable to others. It's quite annoying to others, as they never know who or what he will act like next. It's all about the twisted mind games to him, enjoying the confusion he causes at times. However, the real him is locked up somewhere inside of him, safe and sound, never to be shown unless you're extremely close to him or he cares deeply about you.
The real him is a helpful, still sociable guy that really enjoys to be around large groups. He would be much wiser than you think, and quite skilled in memorization. Names, faces, quotes and phrases, song lyrics, you name it. If you're one of he select few he trusts entirely you'll notice he tends to speak in quotes and lyrics for the fun of it.



Quirks;

Loves to mess with his ears;
Nobody really knows why this is, not even him. He's just always loved to mess and play with his ears, even if there isn't anything special about them. Noctis will sit there moving his ears back and forth, side to side, one up one down alternating and flattening them randomly. He just loves the feel and doesn't really mind how others fell about it. He's always had this habit since he was a pup, and even in human form he's able to wiggle his ears around.

Hums the theme to Freddy
You know that fun little song in nightmare on elm street? He hums it, especially when he gets nervous or when he's in his blood form. He feels like it would be scarier and more intimidating to do so, so he does it. Sometimes it actually does intimidate his opponant, other times he just gets a look as if to say what the heck is wrong with you? right before Noc lunges.

Loves and hoards bone accessories
He has an unhealthy to anything bone. Fake bones, real bones, RPW bones, dinosaur bones, those tiny plastic toy bones for five year olds, he loves them. Nobody knows why, he refuses to say. If anything, he tells people that they're the bones of those he hates, but the real reason is he wishes to one day bring a RPW back to life, or make his own creation just for the fun of it, to accompany and serve him. Of course This isn't the only reason, he thinks that none accessories make him look tougher and if he wears them less people will question his authority.

Snaps/Bites at the wind
Noctis has a bad habit with snapping at the wind as if it were something that was alive and he could hurt it. Every time it blows in his face he just crunches it, hurting his own teeth as he catches nothing in his jaws. He hates wind in his face, and just the chilling wind in general. He wishes he could just rip it to shreds and never have to feel the chilling shivers it causes him when he goes outside in the fall. He doesn't seem to get the concept that wind is a nonliving thing and it's a part of nature.
"It's not that it bothers me, the wind just needs to be taught a lesson. The wind has to much freedom, blowing around all the time. Doesn't it get bored? Tired maybe? Either the wind is a menace, or the wolf that causes it is. I can't stand it, is that my fault? One day I'll get it, it'll get taught a lesson. You'll thank me when the wind doesn't blow in your face, causing windburn or your papers to fly into oblivion.

Enjoys speaking in song lyrics
What, you don't? He loves speaking in song lyrics, whether it's intentional or on accident he's just gotten into a habit of doing so. The few who hang around him have learned to deal with it, and there's no way to shut him up so once you're stuck with him there's no going back. They tend to be rather inspirational songs, if not creepy. Noctis enjoys a good song, it's easy to befriend him through music. In fact, as stated earlier in this form, it's one of the things to get him to calm down.

Really bad with technology in general
Noctus never had the luxury of owning anything considered modern technology. He's never used a computer, never had a mobile device, 3DS, Xbox, none of the good things we take for granted today. He never cared for them, so when Kadyn came up to him with his own iPhone (5) he had no idea how to use it or what to do. Kadyn registered herself in the phone already, and attempted to teach him how to text. After a long process of nearly chucking the rectangular device Kadyn showed him it could also play music, and thanks to Kadyn there was over 900 songs listed. (Perks of wishing power am I right?) He sti has no idea what to do, so never ask him for advice because he'll most likely say just chuck it out of the window.



Fears;

Fridays, especially when it's on the 13th
He's honestly just superstitious about this one, at least about the thirteenth. As for normal Friday's, he seems to have terrible luck on this day and this day only. If you were to take anything that could possibly go wrong with his day, it happens. It never fails. From the small things like not being able to find where he put his pencil to more dangerous things like tripping in the middle of a street due to some random flying object probably from space. It's as if the day wants him to be tortured. He can't explain it, but what first seemed like a coincidence now seems a lot more than karma to him.

Clowns
No. Just no.

Dust
He isn't afraid of it as much as he despises it. Dead skin? Not his thing. He doesn't like the fact that dust collects over time, and he fears that one day it's all just going to gather up on its own and take over, drowning everyone in dead skin particles. Two things; gross and terrifying. Once he was told what dust was he never saw it the same. He never cared to focus on anything else dust is, just dead skin particles as someone had told him.

Whispering
Whispering sends a chill down Noctis' spine, he hates it with a burning passion. He finds it creepy and just plain odd. He doesn't really like to whisper himself, in fact he never does. Ever. If in a dire situation he just doesn't whisper, much less speak. He's always afraid of what you might be saying, especially if he doesn't even know who you are. For all he knows you could be cursing him and his offspring for millions of generations... Or just muttering some jibberish just to freak him out. Most of the time whispering results him going into his blood form, which for some rpws is the sole reason they do it.

Hobbies
bone collecting
Noctis just has an obsession with bones and tends to hoard them. No, not in a 'there are bones all over my house' kind of way, but more of a 'there's a pile of bones in that room I wouldn't go in there if I were you.' There are a couple of reasons why he hoards bones, actually, he doesn't have just one big reason. It started off with a fascination of them, slowly turning him into a slightly materialistic wolf over time. It then became an unhealthy obsession to where he would scrounge around in search of the bones of dead animals. He just had to get them, view them, study them, anything. Then an idea arose; why not create my very own bone creature? It would be alive in a way, like a pet. He wants to create his own bone companion one day, kind of like Frankenstein, except his creature wouldn't be afraid of fire.

Parkour (or at least trying)
He really loves Parkour, but he just ain't good at it. Try as he might he just can't get it right. Of course he tries really hard, watching others do it often gets him motivated... Only to almost fall flat on his face on the side of the road. Yeah, he's determined. Noc always makes sure Kadyn is around when he tries, he isn't wanting to die trying to do parkour but hey, practice makes perfect! He tries to do a much more dangerous parkour in hopes of a thrill, but at the same point that thrill is his fear telling him to get some common sense.

Accessories;

Scythe;
Noctis loves his Sythe, which he crafted as a pup out of the few materials he could find. It was enchanted by a sorceress, which enabled him to summon this weapon from anywhere anytime. Despite it being a few years old it looks fairly new, he only uses it for scaring off attackers nowadays. He does use it for battle when absolutely necessary, although this is rare. He also finds it a fun prop to use on halloween, little do those who lurk in the streets know that he is actually armed with a real weapon and isn't afraid to attack. I would be careful if you to to take his candy.

Dark, slightly ripped up hoodie;
Noctis found this thrown away on the side of the road, and he never did quite find out why. Although slightly ripped it seemed to be wearable, it was a little to big for him but he liked it that way, and it had pockets. So, being him, Noc decided he would be the proud wearer of this old-new hoodie. He wears it in the winter time and when he gets cold, although it isn't very warm. He just likes the feel of owning something and calling it his.

Skull mask,Bone necklace, Bone talisman;
I figured I would just put all three of these together as they are similar and all pretty much have the same reasoning behind them: Noc loves bones. Skulls are his favorite, and having a mask for one just makes him happy. He feels a skull can tell you so much about a creature, the rest of the bones not as important. Since it also helps to protect the brain, he knows it does an important job. The necklace and talisman are just some extra accessories made from laminated bones he's collected, and they don't look half bad. He made sure to paint over the talisman so it wasn't as boring to others.

Gloves with bone claws;
He created these with the help of Kadyn and Merc. Noctis was born without claws, so defending himself can be a little difficult if they aren't scared away by his blood form. So, to help with that, Kadyn and Merc helped him develop a kind of 'wolverine claws gloves,' where he is able to control whether he wants the claws in or out. Yes, they made a pair of gloves that allow claws to be retractable. It's made with high-tech technology most likely from an alien world, so it suits him pretty well.

Cloak;
This ripped up and fairly old cloak makes it easier for him to dart around at night without beig seen with his glowing eyes and markings. He found it in a dumpster, unwanted, so he took it home and washed it off. Why not? They didn't want it, he did. He would put good use to it for them, and that he did. He doesn't wear it 24/7, but he wears it enough to where some RPWs don't recognize him without it.

Halloween;

Noctis adores the food. Not just the candy, but the food in general. Candy apples are his personal favorite, but some of the unique things people come up with for halloween just make him happy. Certain seasonal things like pumpkin spiced stuff makes him happy as well, stealing them much more of an enjoyment as they are considered rare to him.




The screaming and crying of children. Gosh they don't ever seem to stop, especially if they don't get something they want. The endless whining that they're cold or they're tired from walking, it just bugs him. He wants to enjoy his halloween, not listen to the drone of whines and cries.




Halloween was the first holiday he experianced in the city when he was left alone. He didn't actually know what was going on, it actually scared him at first. The masks, the ghosts, just the complete oddity of this holiday was rather unnerving for him and he didn't know what to do. He hid in his current home, hoping to stay away from the scary creatures that lurked. He later learned that it was just a holiday meant for fun but his first experiance led him to his current home and a memory that will last forever.




Noctis is going as the bone Dragon from HTTYD. He saw the small 20 minute video called 'book of dragons' and he immediately decided that he wanted to be this creature... And that this was his spirit animal.

Relationships;

Kadyn | owned by me
These two didn't get along at first, of course getting kidnapped by a weird guy you've never seen before would do that to you. Yes, he kidnapped her. It was for a good reason, but she still resented him for it. Kadyn was being chased by more sinister group of wolves that want to use her wishing power for their own personal gain. Noctis noticed this, it was a rather common pattern. He used a net trap and set it out, trapping Kadyn inside. Instead of just hiding her right away, he decided to bargain with the group that tried to catch her. He made a deal that if they left her alone, he wouldn't hurt them. They laughed, he got mad, and into his blood form he turned. It doesn't give him any powers, however it certainly scared them and most of them left. A few brave souls decided to stay, and that's when he summoned his scythe to send the rest of them running for the hills. Now you'd think Kadyn would be thankful and appreciate when he had done. Instead she was rather angry with the way he had done things and punched him in the face, which wasn't pleasant as she was a good and strong fighter despite her little size. He did, however, offer her a place to stay and admitted it was a little over the top for a plan. She ended up forgiving him, skipping her normal anxiety state right into friendship. With his help she became more comfortable with everyone and everything around her, as well as a place to stay when she comes into town. He made her a custom bone necklace with the carving 'friends forever' in it as a symbol and agreement they would always be friends. Kadyn grew to enjoy being around him, although she never let the whole net and bargain thing go. Their friendship only grew stronger when Kadyn showed him that her markings also changed color, but hers with the day and night. They enjoyed having that in common and Noctis would sometimes purposely make himself angry or scare himself so he could change into his blood form when Kadyns marking coloring changed into her night form. Now Noctis grew to really enjoy Kadyns company. { she's a teen, I just haven't had the time to grow her I swear } Over time he started to grow rather attached, then decided he had a crush on her (although he tries his best not to show it.) Kadyn didn't feel the same way, and commonly turned him down. After awhile he started to be rather upset, and decided he wasn't made for love. Drastic? Yes, but hey this is Noctis. He doesn't want love anymore. Nowadays he tends to accept he and Kadyn are really close best friends and it won't be any more than that, and he feels lucky to have a friend- especially a girl- as awesome and close as she it.

Mercury| Owned by me
Noctis and Mercury are a different story. These two were almost immediate best friends due to Noctis' ability to pick up certain traits and adapt to it. These two caused a lot of problems when they were younger pups. Then, unfortunately, Mercury and Nightshade were found and taken to a pack to live and thrive in, leaving Noctis alone for a few years before the two were able to reunite. It was a rather funny story actually, Noctis had been running away from a small gang that he decided to mess with and found himself caught in a trap. Mercury's trap to be exact. The Moon Cycle. Milo switches forms when there is a full moon in the sky! He switches right when it arrives and switches back when it leaves. He finds it a bit annoying, but he usually at home at night anyways. He tries to hide it from his friends, and only his family knows about it.
