Rose is a lovely 14.3 hh, six year old appaloosa mare. She's a grullo near leopard appaloosa, with the genes Ee, Dd, Lplp, Ptn1ptn1.

Rose's personality is similar to a cat. She can be lazy sometimes, but she also has these crazy spurts of energy that send her galloping all over her pasture, bucking and rearing. She's a mostly solitary horse, but enjoys the company of a few good horsey friends. As to humans, she can take it or leave it, but loves having her ears rubbed. Once you've starting petting her, she's affectionate and sweet. Beware making Rose angry though, she's fast and accurate with those teeth. She can be a bit obstinate and spooky, especially when faced with new things, but loves to look important, so does fantastically at shows. Rose loves to lie down to sleep, and you can often see her in her favorite spot, under a willow tree.
