It's supposed to have ended as of the 7th. Most of the ones being posted now we approved on or before the 7th just now being posted. If you ask the owner (and they say you can still have it done) then you can ask around any staff if they'd be willing to make your myo for you.

It depends on the artist and what they are willing to take. It should still be equivalent of the cost on the front page, unless the artist states otherwise. Though like mentioned above, this was supposed to have ended now. No more being made. Just those approved on the 7th or prior being posted.
