ah, hi guys!! so i know i said i'd try to judge this fairly quickly, but school got to me, anyways i do indeed have the winner!! the forms that were done were all really great, and the characterization was nice!! i can only pick one winner, though, and i know that this person will take great care of my old girl, so without further adu, Toxic Wolf is the new owner of this plumerian! i really loved the whole prison idea, and it's most definitely not something we've seen around the fanclub or community yet, it was a incredibly unique idea. congratulations to Toxic Wolf, and i wish a good luck to everyone else who tries for plumerians in the future (non-owners especially, i know you guys can do it ;w;/ ). thank you for your patience and time!!
