why I want him; Scott is a very interesting Scribble - one that I would love to own. (Which would probably explain why I've put in a form, but still.) His design is simple enough to replicate, but complicated enough so he's not boring to color. I also adore the character I've come to create for him; a Robin Hood-esque con artist has been a dream concept of mine, so I'm glad I've finally been able to put it to use.
I know I don't have any art, or stories, or anything of the sort, really. But I'm really hoping I'll be given the chance to own Scott. He's a beautiful Scribble whom of which I am certain I could make an interesting character, should I be given the chance. I'm not going to go as far as say he's a dream Scribble, but he's certainly in the top five.
use; Scott will be included in art, stories, role-plays, and possibly a PMV or two (should I have enough time/muse for that).
