ok ya'll , we need some back story. I have his name and job (future job,) picked out.
His name is Stanly
(Or stan, like the southpark Stan, since that blue reminds me of Stan's hat from southpark xD)
but he is a zookeeper that watches penguins, usually feeding and caring for them. When children watch him (90% of the time when people are watching he tries to do tricks, but fails terribly , and usually ends in the most vicious penguin (Erin the penguin,) attacks him , or another penguin starting a big fight.)
He is a pretty decent zoo-keeper, not liking his job at first, but then starting to think it was the best job he could have.
